I thought there were less factions, turns out there's quite a lot lol. Also, HUNS ARE B.....................S!!!!! I lost my campaign on turn 11 because of them as Ostrogoths on Very Hard difficulty. This total war version is the bees knees, and it's not easy (coming from a total war vet). Believe me. As a migrating faction, you need to have planned out EVERY move from the start, otherwise you'll be in deep poop. You've been warned. Now moving onto Sassanid empire. Pray i live past number 11!

Not as many factions, but blooming heck is it better in the campaign. I'm Ostrogoth (mainly because i love their archers). LET THE MAYHEM BEGIN!

This. Most players keep their snipers, shotties, pistols etc etc on belt. If a zombie horde get you (mainly pve on my server) then your pretty much fudged. Plus zombies do more damage to blocks. I miss when you could spawn random hordes... our server would be in shambles lol. 5 hordes appearing from each direction ><

Will setup a 10 man server later tomorrow to get started. Zombies run day and night. Drop belt on death (not backpack) Random Gen.

So, i'm thinking of purchasing a server, or running one on my NAS at home. A headcount currently stands at 4 daily, and a possibility of 2 others (people i play with currently). I have a dl of 75 - 78mb and upload of 25mb. I'm hoping this will be enough to hold 20 people (if there are even that many in total?) I can get a static IP off BT relatively easily. So my final question, who would be up for it?

Join beaaa teaaaa. Even on adsl 6mb i got better pings and dl speeds than people on every other provider bar vm.
