  3. Not necessarily. I’d still isolate the device and scan. It’s likely quicker to rebuild than investigate thoroughly.
  4. Its to do with playing the mandatory ads. A cursory glance shows it needs: channel4.com c4assets.com optimizely.com Almost certainly: demdex.com go-mpulse.net It may call for others. Scan results here: https://urlscan.io/result/f0498fae-39e9-4606-8799-b92da05737bf/#transactions

  9. Suffolk County Council maintained schools are moving from SIMs to Arbor. Not sure how far they are with the migration.

  14. You can get rid of a fair bit of data by blocking the ad serving domains they whitelist, and excluding same from general reporting.
  15. They never actually supplied one for us from Netsweeper, but I could see what they created, and so never bothered with it. We stick to the letter in what we are supposed to but tend to monitor rather wider. I pull data from Netsweeper, but process it in Excel. We are a relatively small High School, so we have less data to handle anyway.
  16. The pop ups do get annoying and would be missed by a teacher standing at the front teaching, so we review the logs regularly and run reports daily or more frequently if we see problems. We’ve added a lot of custom blocks and alerts into categories we’ve created. Some of these we use instead of the inbuilt ones which are rather more American focussed than British English.
  17. From your other post, do you mean real Netsweeper or new Hub?
  18. No, we don’t. We use Impero for this aspect as it has a more comprehensive and accurate view.
