Wish I didn't see this thread I really want a dog but can't justify can't one at the moment, then I thought about getting a cat but my whole family has dogs and would probs eat it alive, now I've seen exotic pets on here like lizards, fish and birds I REALLY WANT A PET!

I had this problem but with US Robotics adaptors (I know there ancient) but I un-installed the software and just manually installed the driver, worked fine after that

Can I ask, is everyone here completely appalled by the whole horse meat scandal? I mean hasn't it apparently been going on for nearly 14 years and no harm has come of it and it still tastes exactly the same. If you ask me, I couldn't really care that much, I think the only benefit from this whole thing is that supermarkets are going to start using English based companies for meat now (although that may bump the prices up a bit) P.S - This is isn't a question to cause arguments, just asking for opinions

School rules are you can't have phones in school, it's teachers responsibility to confiscate the phone and tell the student to pick it up at the end of the day. as @Domino says, You can't be responsible for something you have no control over

I feel your pain, I really do, I used to hate it when people weren't treating their IT equipment with respect and just expect us to fix it and not to be blamed, but this story just keeps getting worse and worse

I've had 2 financed cars now, Pro's of getting a finance are if you pay early, you don't owe as much interest (interest if based on time supposed to amount loaned) and if you fancy a change half way through the finance agreement, you can ring the company up and give the car back (the company will then auction off the car to pay off the rest of your finance), cons are you can not sell this privately until the finance is completely paid off. If you know your not going to pay off the car for a long time, it maybe worth looking at loans from banks, as this means the car is 100% yours to do what you want with and may end up cheaper.
