At least that way I can get it on the day of release as my postal deliveries have been pretty sketchy of late sometimes not arriving until the Monday after games have been released. Annoying if it's something you're keen on and want it to play over the weekend. Contemplating booking the day it's released off work to sit and play it ...... I was trying out Fallout Shelter but I think the UI is optimised for 16:9 so it looks wonky on my iPhone 4s. Plus it runs like a crock to the point it's unplayable. Might have to see if I can prise the missus away from Candy/Soda Crush so I can try it on the iPad

Looks like GAME are also bundling in a vault boy bobblehead and a t-shirt for the price too. Too steep for my liking.

That's mega impressive! I'm quite a keen cyclist but I've never attempted anything like that before. How did you go about training for it? How did you manage to pace yourself (Heart rate Meter?) and did you have any rest stops on the way? I take it you took food/etc to eat whilst going round or did they arrange stops en route? I've been out for around 25 miles on a weekend before I found after that I was pretty much spent. Can't even begin to imagine heading out for another 50 miles after doing that!

Now, normally I'd never even contemplate of buying the special collectors edition of any game, as they're always a complete rip off and waste of money, but I'm actually considering it for Fallout 4 given how much I love the franchise and how cool it would be to have a pip-boy model I'll hold fire for now and see what else the collectors edition comes with and whether there's any kind of DLC season pass option as I'm sure that, like Skyrim, there'll be extra content released throughout the life of the game. Finally got round to setting up my GoPro on my bike so thought I'd upload some footage. I think the handlebar mount works pretty well and I like how it manages to catch both my hands so you can see when I'm braking and changing gear.

I've read a few other threads suggesting that the issue also affects other messaging apps like whatsapp and snapchat. So it does sound like something fairly critical to the way IOS handles messages/notifications rather than a minor iMessage bug which makes me worry how little attention Apple seem to be giving the issue. Has anyone else found a more up-to-date or detailed official response from Apple?

Unfortunately we aren't using SCCM for management of our Windows PC's. I take it the product isn't really going to be an option for us if we aren't using SCCM?

We've recently had requests to install Mac's in several departments around the school. As per the title what are people generally using to manage Mac's (software installations, user permissions) on a Windows based Domain/network? I had a look through the AD integration sticky on this forum but it's over 5 years old and all the how-to links on it seem to be dead so it isn't much help. If anyone has any updated guides/links/etc for managing Mac's they'd be much appreciated! I'm sure other people will be looking for help on this topic as it's quite a common query.

Picked it up earlier in the week but haven't really had a chance to play it so I've only got as far as the first Gwent game. The story and graphics/music seem great but so far, like the previous witcher games, the controls themselves seem a bit clunky. Maybe it's just me and I need more skill/practice though Bit early on for me to really make a decision on it either way though. One thing I would say is anyone expecting an open world sandbox like fallout or the elder scrolls it going to be disappointed as it's a very different kind of game.

Yeah, the £100 Hero is the one I was going to opt for. Not sure I like the idea of also wearing a harness when going out cycling as I think it would feel a bit cumbersome along with the backpack I normally wear. It's a shame the GoPro shape is so awkward for helmet mounting as by all accounts it seems like the best for footage quality and has the widest selection of mounts available due to it being the most popular. I'll probably get the GoPro, try bar mounting it to begin with then take it from there.

The Xiaomi Yi looks good. Does it use the same mounting as the GoPro or does it need it's own custom accessories?

Hmmm, seems that the GoPro Hero I was looking at getting has ended up out of stock in the places I was going to order it from? Not sure if it's proving popular due to the weather improving now it's spring or a sign that it's about to be replaced soon?

I'm looking to buy a camera to use when I'm out cycling. I'm probably going to opt for a GoPro Hero as it seems to be the one everybody recommends. Not sure whether I'll mount it on my bicycle helmet or directly onto the front handlebars of the bike yet? The only thing giving me pause for thought on the GoPro is that, providing the weight isn't too noticeable, I think I'd ideally want to mount it on my helmet and the GoPro looks like a very awkward shape and form factor for that purpose. I'd like a camera that looks a bit more subtle so that people don't obviously know that you're filming! Something like the Contour ROAM2 looks stealthier and more suitable for helmet mounting but it's not been refreshed for a couple of years and I suspect the GoPro would be technically better. Any recommendations, thoughts or suggestions before I follow the herd and "Go Pro"?
