  1. There are a host of RM CC4 components that manage printers, it more than likely one of those. Login and run regmon or process monitor to see what's running at the time it gets deleted
  2. Good point - attached
  3. Take a look at RM TEC3651170
  4. Also worth noting this can be a user or computer policy and could be set anywhere. Best to do a quick modelling run through in GPMC using a station/test user where it isn't happening and then go through the settings one by one
  5. There is a setting in the CC4 management and GPMC to allow or block scripts. Might be worth checking they are allowed
  6. Also check on the failover NICs and any SAN connections, everything apart from IP4/6 (6 if you use it) is disabled
  7. Your failover cluster host to host Ping May be going through the failover NIC
  8. Sounds a bit like DNS, but could be the NIC order... Might be worth checking
  9. Amazing! Look forward to it
  10. Hi nick, any news on this?
  11. Cheers buddy... Looking forward to it
  12. Hi Nick, How is the v10 work coming?
  13. I have DFS replication setup with the HAP folder - so the key gets replicated (As do all the config files) - I've tried this and still get the same errors.... Does the machine key need to be unique to each server? Thanks for all the advice so far Thanks Stephen
  14. to be honest, I don't have a clue where to put the salt and key, the machine key for IIS auto adds the Encryption and decryption key to the HAP config.... can you elaborate for me?
  15. Also - I take it the ASP machine key stuff is simply the machine key setting in ASP.net for the site?
  16. OK buddy, so where do I put this - i'll test with the test ones you listed above and then generate my own when its working
  17. I'd like to offer my cluster for testing if you need it mate , it's not doing an awful lot else right now 😁
  18. ahhh OK - I'll hold my horses then I'll leave my 2008R2 HAP install where it is for now Any ETA on v10? Cheers Nick
  19. tried this in the Hap.config file - no dice
  20. so something like: Where would this go?
  21. Out of interest... V10... Any ETA dates?
  22. Cheers Nick, I'll take a look at this later
  23. This is the only issue I've got, I agree, Server 2008R2 version was bullet proof, I just couldn't give 1 server enough resources and put together a load balanced solution that allows me to deliver other products in the same set of servers, i.e. moodle/RD Web Applications etc. It works on each individual Server 2012R2 server if it helps you - I followed the instructions and then copied over my styling from my Server 2008R2 server, its only when I've come to cluster access the site its throws this one issue Nick has a really good product here and we really like it so ideally I'd like it to run on the Server 2012R2 cluster we have - and it seems as though Nick has plan on how to work around this, so should be good
  24. oops tell a lie - not working now! Yeah Nick if you could I can give that a try.
  25. Cheers Nick - looks sorted now though after installing all components for IIS & .net 3.5/4.5 for server 2012 Going to work on getting the booking system up next
