Hi, Previously on Windows 10 1909 I stopped the Office first run prompts by using the following settings in the configuration.xml file: It would seem that in Windows 10 20H2 the above settings are ignored and on first launch the user gets all prompts (privacy, getting better together, and powering your experiences). Has anyone else seen this behaviour and found a fix? Unsure why 20H2 should treat the install any different.

Hi all, wondering if anybody else has seen this. I have set up a secondary DPM server to back up DPM servers on different sites. On the secondary backup server I have selected the on site backup servers, and ticked protected computers etc. Replication is set every 12 hours and recovery points every evening. When I look jobs are scheduled, yet the next day they have disappeared and are not in the complete section or the failed section. They are not running. Any ideas on this? Thanks

Hi all, We are running PowerPoint 2013 and occasionally our users are getting the message "we're sorry, something went wrong that might make PowerPoint unstable. Please save your presentations and restart PowerPoint" When they do save they have to select a different username. I've disabled auto save in GPO and applied a hotfix from December but the issue remains. Has anybody else had this? Thanks

Hi everyone, Just trialling a tablet with Windows 8.1 installed. Has anyone managed to successfully stop users switching the toggle for Wi-Fi and Airplane mode to off? I can see this will be a massive headache if we can't address it! It's even on the logon screen! Thanks

Had this once, was a UAC problem. Turned on UAC, rebooted Then turned off UAC, rebooted Resolved the issue for me

The Drive has System FC and Administrators FC. It's literally just like the system isn't reading the fact network accounts are a member of the local admin groups, always worked until recently! As mentioned before I can browse via the share path to the drive no problem.

Have also tried restarting the server with no joy. Has anyone seen this behaviour?

Hi all, Our file server seems to have developed a strange problem where if a domain account who is a member of the local admins group is logged on by Remote Desktop the NTFS permissions are not being recognised when trying to view folders. (Access denied). However if the same user browses to the folder via a share path they have full access. The local administrator account is unaffected, it only seems to be network accounts. All permissions are set correctly and previously worked without issue, UAC is also turned off. Can anybody help? Thanks!

Yes that's correct, there are holes you can pass the cable tie through. One tip I would give you after doing large quantities of these is start at the bottom shelf and work upwards!

We use the 30 netbook version and found it a nightmare to keep tidy at the back, cable tied to the shelves in two places on each wire on the front.

Had this recently with a HP switch. Had to restart the switch with the console already connected then after the switch had booted pressed space bar then enter alternately until it burst into life through putty.

Please can anybody advise if there is an easy way of migrating all of the users mailboxes (and folders inside) to live@edu. I see Google offer a migration tool for Google Apps - but cant find anything for Exchange 2003 to live@edu Thanks
