Pretty sure if you put an ipad into lost mode it will use the same location tech as the airtag (excluding U1) so when it has no internet other iOS devices nearby will report its position as long as its on. Also if I recall newer iphones (not sure about ipads) keep a small reserve of battery for Bluetooth LE to run for a while after allowing other iOS devices to report its position as long as you mark the device lost. The tech and encryption behind Find My is actually pretty interesting and cool: https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2019/06/the-clever-cryptography-behind-apples-find-my-feature/ The biggest limitation for the Airtags for me right now is the lack of family sharing, other family members can turn off the alerts that an airtag is following them but they cant track it, only the person who set up the tag can which is a bit of a pain if you use them on shared car keys. The cynic in me suspects apple wants to sell you 2 for your car keys but it may be something that gets added properly later.

Stop test phishing emails being quarantined
ZeroHour replied to kennysarmy's topic in Cloud Services
Check out the headers using: https://mha.azurewebsites.net/ (or install https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA104005406 ) It may help give some clues. I am not familiar with Sophos Threat Management to know how they send the emails and how they appear sadly but that tool is what I use to help diagnose. -

Found the bug and added a check, you will still have the star wars logo but the rest of the theme will be whatever you want for now. -
[closed] bug/error: Cannot Change Theme
ZeroHour replied to FN-GM's topic in EduGeek.net Site Problems
Looks like a bug in the special themes option, looking into it. -
It is in the Sponsors section but there was a bug preventing the section showing properly under the title which I have fixed. Some articles are directly from sponsors and some are announcements about new software versions that sponsors have released that are useful for members that use the software but all are under the sponsors section.

Is it still occurring? We had a blip before but I have booted AWS.

Yeah pretty happy hear with Tado as well, the sensors also tell you about humidity in the room which is nice and they came out with a new wireless sensor for rooms which means it wont use the trv thermo sensor for extra accuracy. I would always wait until its on sale on Amazon though as the trv packs and starter packs go on sale quite often. It does really need the internet to work fully although homekit can work disconnected as well as trv manual control will call heat when the system is offline, just the scheduling doesnt work.

More details if possible but it reminds me a bit of a scene in Mission Impossible 1.

I suspect the front page may be using Wordpress with the backend a different system once you buy it. There was a big Wordpress plug-in exploit a couple of weeks ago and it affected a HUGE amount of sites potentially if not ninja pitched. If the systems are separate than hopefully customer data is safe and secure so it would be a lesser incident then.

Digging into those bad urls and I can see the JS which tries to load a .tk domain and the domain seems very very ad spammy.

I just tried my end and I can see several URL calls in the dev tools that are very suspicious. Most of them end with /i.php?ver=5.5.1 and I currently see 5 domains which I wouldnt expect to be part of parentmail. I am not posting the full urls directly as it may lead to links to them.

Does this happen if you go in fresh as it were and browse directly to the url rather than using google? Basically some malware on sites can only trigger when coming from certain sites like google to make it harder for the site owner to pick up.
