So I have this problem in my school and at another school I support. Both servers were set up by One Connect. Both servers have an 80GB C drive partition. It fills up. A lot. In an ideal world I'd extend this partition, but this isn't possible. At the moment I do need to reboot the server to install updates, so a chunk of space will be taken up with that. HOWEVER - when I run treesize the folders taking up the most space are as follows: In the past when I have been remedying laptops doing this, I have installed Patch Cleaner which clears the Installer folder of orphaned files. It worked fine and I have had no comeback from the user. I'm a bit reluctant to run this on the server though. Thoughts? NB: Server is everything for the network. DC, SIMS, Print, File etcs.

normally in a UEFI BIOS there is a settings to boot with legacy BIOS... it might be called something else. In the past I've also had to enable F12 for boot devices. Anything like that in there?

Once the first one is out the others usually follow pretty quickly!! Can the camera be put centre again?

Did you install all of that microsoft gubbins? I did like, 3 installers... plus a reboot.

I logged in using the O365 admin account e-mail address and the password for that...

I have staff and pupils. Unfortunately doesn't help when it comes to deleting a cohort. Maybe I should have thought about this before creating them all

Oh man! That means that I'm going to have to delete one user at a time for leavers then? Wah.

So when I sign into my admin centre I have all users in a big list there. Is there any way I can order them into folders, like Staff, Students etc.? Or is the only way to sync with AD? I do not do this currently. I'm concerned that it is going to be difficult to delete leavers!

I've worked in secondary and primary and private sector with some school involvement. My experiences: - Jobs tend to be safer, although times of late, this may not be the case for much longer. - Pension schemes in public sector are better (although not for me as I am classed as 'Part time'). - Job is varied and you need a wealth of skills - even in primary! - If you find the right school you can actually enjoy going to work. It took me 10 years to find the right place, but I am happy here. - Children can be a bit of a pain, but generally interactions with them are minimal. - You do end up doing mundane things like plugging things in for people and wheeling trolleys, but with the correct staff training, this can be reduced!! - Not much room for progression within smaller environments. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be an IT Tech for LYFE... unless I can convince a Network Manager title , when I worked in secondary I was bottom of the pile of 3. The NM there was only a few years older than me and comfortable, so chances of promotion were incredibly slim. Issues I had with private... one place paid me peanuts, the other place paid me a great wage. Again it does depend on the company. One was a bigger firm and they didn't seem to care as much for their employees wellbeing as the smaller family run firm I also worked for... however smaller firms have their drawbacks in that they treated me like 'one of the family' which also included shouting at me over the phone because there was a misunderstanding with a customer. It's so hard because they are all different. I never thought for a second that a job in a primary school would be so good, because I previously worked in about 5 of them a week and I didn't enjoy it. Just apply for some and see what happens. If you don't like it, just move on!

Having hatched, raised, processed and eaten quail... you don't have anything in the incubator because germs can be transferred through the shells and kill the unborn chick. Once they hatch they stay in the incubator for 24hrs to dry out. During this time they live off their yolk sacs. @Tricky_Dicky I was part of a forum... backyardchickens.com - they will probably be able to offer advice re: eating chickens.
