I've just installed it and moved the folder from AppData onto a shared area and I can run it from there. I haven't tried running it as another user or tried multiple connections... but could be worth a try?

There is a restriction you can add that prevents the removal of profiles... I remember having to disable it when I was testing something and needed to remove profiles!

Download Apple Configurator 2 on the mac and use that. Build a blueprint with the WiFi deets and any MDM profiles. Plug in iPad to mac, prepare and apply blueprint. Also sign up for a VPP account to buy apps with and sign in with that account on Apple Configurator.

Yeah definitely gonna shell out the cash and get the car over, because we want to camp over night. If it's particularly nice we can stay for longer. I don't book anything, so chances are we might not even be able to stay over... but we could always sleep in the car I love talking to people about places I'm going to visit.... really enthuses me!

I had an issue with a user yesterday where Publisher wouldn't save. It was saying that the disk was write protected (it wasn't) so as @sonic1485 has mentioned, I cleared the Office folder in %UserProf%/AppData/Local and it saved them having to start afresh with a brand new profile, but fixed the issue. That will be my next step. Just hope it doesn't mess up OneDrive. The user who came to me this morning has checked and everything is fine now, so could be related to GPO processing in the background.

I imagine we'll have to fill up on fuel once we make it down to Cornwall and that should last us along to Kent until we need to dash back home I was contemplating not bothering with this camping trip the other day, because we want to get our bathroom finished (currently just a toilet and a bath we can't really use) but I think a bit of time away will do us good. Plus the dog loves camping! I just need to find a way to transport his frozen food now....

I've had 2 people come to me this morning with Word issues and I know that one of them has the new OneDrive client!! Oh no!! I just realised I had an old policy on there to add a printer that no longer exists, so removed that... then my policy for adding printers deletes 3 and then UPDATES one. I'll set it to create and see what happens.
