I don't use HDMI splitters and I have this exact problem. Similarities are Intel driver and CleverTouch boards.

Is this because you have a problem with the clevertouch's specifically? Only, my school is full of them so don't have any comparison screens. I've always assumed it was the intel driver...

you think that using laptops would remedy the issue, but it doesn't!! We have clevertouch screens and laptops and the HDMI sound frequently drops off the screen and goes to the laptop. We also have the Intel Display Audio and I think that there is a driver bug knocking about. First make sure all drivers are up to date. A second option might be to ditch the splitters and buy HDMI graphics for the PC, so they have 2 HDMI out, then you can duplicate in Windows. Thing is, the wonderful Intel Audio driver might still push the sound to the monitor!! Sorry if I'm not much help, but it is one of the bains of my life!

FYI - if anyone is interested, I had to clear browser cache and cookies to get the above working. Currently on the phone to them because the system is incredibly slow trying to add books and the lady adding the books is incredibly impatient. I suspect she wants me to add them... LOLZ

Yeah I bought 100 Kingston 120GB at £30 each... so was shocked when I looked at some a few months back and saw them at £50 for the same thing!

No, the reels come in at just over £30 from CPC and they last for a long time for multiple small prints. The software for printing is awesome too, it tells you exactly how much filament you have remaining and how much the print will use at differing print settings and how much it costs.

they are trying to push their new product reading cloud, which superseeds Junior Librarian... so I can kind of understand why it isn't being updated... but I don't understand why they don't just create a great product and make sure it remains great. I think our school will be buying into the reading cloud

This should be able to help you with the password problem... How to reset your Mac OS X password without an installer disc | MacYourself I've done it before with success. As for the software... I wouldn't bank on it hanging around. Good luck!

Does that mean you can ride up to 125 without L plates then?

The download does seem to be the same (same name and size) but it is different. If you run it, it should be a newer version. That's something that has bugged me too... no version naming on the msi or exe's.

I'm in a primary and am in a similar position to you. Our server warranty runs out in March. It is working fine, but currently on 2008 R2, so I want to upgrade. I've been getting prices for the power edge T440, bronze processor x2, 64GB RAM and the storage I want. Save pennies on processor (originally I was getting quotes for silver) and also save on the warranty (I've gone with 5 year basic, which is perfectly fine for my needs). This server will easy run what I need it to (3 or 4 VMs). ps/ I got an extended warranty quote and I came out at £220 I think for an additional year from MendIT.
