Did you send them the files to test in the lab? I'm part way through deploying to desktops. Is there any way to bulk assign to the correct policy? I thought I could go into the actual settings and click > add device and it add it to the right group but seems there's no add device button now?

Yes, it's possible. Within the staff account (under users) there's a button somewhere further down that can be checked to say do not hold users jobs in print release queue. Edit: Within the user properties, tick Override printer/device settings and then choose Don't hold user's jobs in release station queues (always print immediately).

I always went with Humax. Never had problems. They used to be a bit more expensive, but was worth it.
