  1. "Pretend" I don't know... riight...
  2. There is in my mate's Toyota. In fact that's prolly the most reliable part of it.
  3. Das it.
  4. Hehe, I see. Thanks ppls.
  5. Just as a brief sidetrack, catnip does absolutely nothing to my cat. Anyone else got this?
  6. Might be worth pulling the top off and checking the belt's not slipping/hosed. Swapping a belt is a doddle* and might keep it alive for a couple more years. *Your mileage may vary.
  7. Saw this and did lol, but I don't think I'd do it to my cat. She's an ENORMOUS, aged rescue cat who's confused enough by life, the universe and everything let alone rogue cucumbers roaming the house giving her PTSD.
  8. Just out of interest, what does the Green Lantern do and why are they special?
  9. Thanks Nick! It turned out I was looking in the right place but I didn't have rights to something cryptic that we didn't understand, that everyone appears to have rights to anyway. Yay thing!
  10. Hi - hopefully this'll be quick and easy. Had our WP site thrown at me and it's not the most intuitive thing. Googling hasn't helped me so far, as far as I can see. Okay, so I get into the admin console and open up WP-Filebase and then File Browser. I now see a load of folders with stuff in them. I'd like to change the name of one of these folders. How do I do that? I'd have assumed these were 'categories' but under WP-Filebase > Categories there are no categories listed. Anyone? :/
  11. Oh I see. They cause the problem and sell us the cure huh? Curse you big pharma!
  12. Neither of them after that ACS Law business.
  13. Hmmmm, yes not bad.
  14. I feel you matey. Spent a bit over £100 in physio on my shoulder. Almost there...
  15. Is that a "good" OMG or an "ow" OMG?
  16. First competition fight of any sort? What style you thinking? MMA or MT? If MMA, can you get non-ground-and-pound? Tbh if you're competing proper amateur or inter-club it's less likely you'll get "hurt" properly, but it has risks ofc because of the nature of the sport. I doubt you need telling that too. How's sparring going? Btw @witch let us know how the hack squats are going if you went with those.
  17. That's right. Thunderbird can be used to convert an .ics file to a .csv file and you use Thunderbird software as sort of an .ics to .csv converter.
  18. ...Use Thunderbird! Just discovered this today. If you need to spit the calendar out, then fiddle, then re-import for whatever reason you'll notice that Google only give you an .ics file, which is meaningless old toss. To convert this you've either got to get your macro on OR pay for some wacky utility OR I discovered you can import it into Thunderbird as an .ics file, then export it again as a .csv file! Winner. Thought I'd post that up with a few keywords in for future Googlers.
  19. If it's slipping a bit on hills etc fair enough. If it's barely getting away at the lights or off the drive (and has been for a time) it may also be that the flywheel's knackered too or getting there. If it's a modern car, you might also be lucky enough to have a dual mass flywheel! I say "lucky" I mean "out of pocket a bit as they're service items."
  20. I enjoyed their quote/booking system. I used to have a Vauxhall Cavalier which once had a weird electrical problem nobody seemed able to cure. Entered the details for a tryout and the site said "Nice wheels! We love a Vauxhall/Opel Cavalier" which, whilst pleasant, demonstrates some low-assed expectations of what nice cars are. I don't reckon an old blue Cavalier will be, say, the next Bond car. So I then tried a fictional vehicle and got a more realistic "What does your Zastava (Yugo) 513 need?" I could almost hear it sigh. In for updates if you go ahead! Tbh I can't beat Mr Clutch though.
  21. Single-slide adverts for each after-school or weekend club etc. Assembly themes for the week or however you do that. Advertise your library/LRC. Subliminal messages about kids behaving they damn selves.
  22. Good luck there brah.

    The 5 R's

GAWDDAMMIT came in to MAKE this DAMN joke myself aghh!
  24. Ah pants I was going to wasn't I. Soz witch. Off the top of my head hack squats might be a good indicator. Most stress is on the quads and the rom sort of forces you to have a neutral-towards-concave back. Give those a (gentle) go and build them up a bit, see what they aggravate or if they aggravate nothing. (I'm not a personal trainer nor a medical professional, all advice used at own risk etc etc. )
  25. Go light, make form super super super strict. Deadlifts RUINED my life. (Which isn't strictly true but they have a habit of aggravating old injuries if heavy.)
