The high school here was originally set up with a primary level keyword list (which we couldn't see due to where it is set) which caused us quite a few of these issues - given your example, you could have been blocked both for breast and chick. I agree however that there needs to be more logic in the decision. I have a list of words and terms which I submitted to SBB a good while ago of innocent or normal terms for which to search which were being blocked because of double meanings. I understand why someone has thought the term needs to be in a list, but equally can give numerous examples of why we'd like to use them in a search. Balls, female, girl (not boy), teen are some of the examples I gave in the past. I think this is more netsweepers keyword implementation - but due to the level at which these word lists are blocked by SBB it's difficult to identify sometimes from the report when I'm trying to fix it.

Although we may be able to keep the accounts running, do we have the legal basis to hold (and possibly access) the data held on the account once the student has left, and what damage could be caused to the organisation through mis-use of that account? We've had to cut off our alumni accounts recently when we revisited the subject. The biggest issue I think schools may have is students who use their school email for UCAS - especially in the event of deciding to take a gap year.

How many are we talking? Can you leave the existing in use email accounts then just change the account details to follow the convention afterwards? When you change an email address within AD and use GADs to sync it automatically creates an alias on the account for the previous address.

USB storage is read only here and executables are blocked. We've been like this a couple of years now. This way users can create stuff elsewhere and bring it in to use, but can't export data to USB. We do this through Netsupport DNA, but the same could be achieved using Sophos. It also allows users to download pictures from cameras etc. without us having to get involved. All our users have a GSuite account with unlimited storage. There are of cause a very limited number of devices which we have approved to have data written to them - but using DNA we are also able to limit where in the building these will function.

It's a bit odd. Create a Matter, I use a generic one for all my searches, so it's called 'Search' or similar. Then click on that matter, and click search from the menu on the left. Here you can search mail or drive and limit the scope to one account or all accounts. Specify your time period. Finally add your search terms and hit search. You'll generate a list of emails or documents you can read in a collapsed form.

Older controller software set the username and password on the AP to the one used by the single user in the controller software. At some point in the past Unifi updated it so the SSH password was different from the controller user password and saved this in the console. Do you have a tick box available for SSH Authentication at the bottom of the Settings - Site page? When you reset an AP and it is waiting for adoption, the usual default username and password of ubnt applies I believe.

One of the reasons schools felt more comfortable signing up with O365 rather than GSuite was that the microsoft servers were in the EEA - typically Amsterdam and Ireland I believe. I've just come back from working a festival and was surprised to find that reducing single use plastic is very much on their agenda. Single use plastic bottles weren't allowed on site - punters, crew and artists were all asked to bring a reusable bottle. Some stage water was available for artists in PLA bottles (biodegradable plastic made from sugar cane). I expected a backlash from bands around this, however we didn't have one complaint. The beer sponsor also supplied cans of beer stuck together with a blob of glue and one piece of sellotape rather than those plastic ring holders which we've all been cutting up for years so they don't end up snagged on animals legs. The slabs weren't plastic wrapped either.
