just in the process of moving from netop to impero had bother with netop droping clients and impero seems to do everything we want it too.. just waiting on final go ahead and a final price.

are the drain holes in the bottom of the door blocked? if you can get the carpet up and look at the creep of the water in the underlay it will give you a better understanding of where the water is coming from.

mines a sick (as in not well) vauxhall signum 1.9 cdti keeps gettin the dreaded limp mode/spanner light but no error code stored so it's driving me mad on the puddle in the footwell is the bottom of the door card wet/damp? could be water coming in through the window seal and running down the card?

Got it working seems someone had changed the path of the published files and for once it was not me.. now it's all working this new server just seems to be one small thing after another but we are seeing some good speed increses so it's worth the effort cheers Andy

Has anyone tried to/or knows a way to export custom discover groups. just moved the whol lot to a new server and have lost all the groups that the datamanager uses (he does not know yet) so i'd like to get it fixed befor i have to tell him he's going to have to make them all again. cheers Andy

is the alternator belt tight? it's not slipping? and yes it could be the alternator, you work in it you should know just because it's new does not mean it's working properly, Have you got a multi meter? it you have connect it to the car battery with the engine running you should see 14.4volts (ish) any less than say 14 and the alternator is on it's way out. check this link it's a youtube video explaining it more

Millers Diesel Power Plus is the one our local eurodesiel place recommends my money would still be on a weak alternator not fully charging the battery I would start with recharging the battery and take it from there.

Clients are now installing ; It's looking more like it was an issue with timeouts confusing the server and locking up the install having reset the server using the ess util the clients are now installing, workstations and server have all recomended ports open all on the same subnet and the same domain.

did you ever find a solution to this as im getting the same issue with the same setup client fails to install, you try and reinstall it and get the error 'No connection can be made because the client actively refused it' however the install screen sits at innstalling so you cant do anything with it. spent most of today trying to fix this but got nowhere really need to resolve it soon Andy
