What Quadro mobile drivers? Have downloaded everything on the system update. I can't see nvidia anywhere so I don't know what drivers to download? Anyway, if it isn't using the nvidia then there can't be a problem with it, can there? *edit I downloaded the Win 7 version of the mobile drivers mentioned earlier in this thread but they wouldn't install as the hardware isn't there apparently...

No nvidia on it - just intel graphics Since I wiped and reloaded it, the resolution is 1600 x 900 - everything is a bit small!!

There is an issue with a "fracture" running across the screen when viewing videos online. It doesn't seem to happen if viewing something on the laptop. All drivers updated from websites etc. Anyone any ideas please?

We pay for all our TAs - Microsoft advised us to. I shall be very very annoyed if this turns out not to be the case. TAs just log on to an IT suite computer to check their emails and maybe do a little bit of resource creation now and again.

I've got it too on Office 2013 but only on a couple of computers. Could do with an answer as well!!

I've come in today to find a bird box on my desk, which has a cable coming off it to some sort of audio/visual plug thing with three sockets - red yellow white. There is a power adaptor plugged into the red connector. The white and yellow seem to go into the box - to a camera maybe? Sorry, no way of taking a pic so far. Does anyone understand what I am wittering on about and if so, what on earth does the socket thing plug into? What do I do with it?

We have 32 others and I have checked every single bios setting multiple times. The settings are identical on the new computer. @Galway - yes, I can do it but we pay for enhanced on-site support so why would I? Not sure they'd believe me if I did it and the damn thing still wouldn't image
