Hi Everyone Just after anyones opinion on Behaviour Watch, our SLT are looking in to getting it for staff to report on positive and negative behaviour. Never really heard of it before so would like an honest opinion please..........

Unfortunately the mice are not wireless!

We are having an issue where every so often a user reports that there mouse functions are switch left to right! At 1st we solved it by changing the mouse and deleting the mouse drivers, which worked for a few days, then the issue reappeared for the same users. Then we did a little more investigation and found that when they opened up internet explorer, it seemed to be that what was causing the issue. But now it seems to be reappearing randomly, even if the user isn’t opening IE. We have done a malware scan and av scan and found nothing. Other than a restart nothing seems to cure it. Can anyone help please………

found this on Capitas support site, I have had the same error in the past and it is usually something with permissions. Have you tried logged in as Administrator? This situation generally occurs if the user does not have permissions to the LOCKDIR directory containing the PDOXUSRS.NET file. If the FMS program files are installed locally on each workstation: 1. Alter the Net DIR within the BDE 32 configuration on each networked machine. This will enable the BDE to access to the temporary files. 2. Find the BDE Administrator (Start|Settings|Control Panel|BDE administrator) 3. Go to the Configuration Tab. 4. On the tree on the left hand side, select the Configuration|Drivers|Native|Paradox 5. Set NET DIR to the Drive letter and lock directory where the Finance.exe resides i.e. C:\LOCKDIR 6. C:\LOCKDIR should be created before any orders are added or edited by the user on their workstation, the user must have permission to create and write to this local directory. 7. On the tree go into Configuration|System|Init Set LOCAL SHARE to FALSE. If the FMS Program files are installed centrally on a networked Drive, i.e. the Finance.exe is shared out from the server, then please ensure that the following settings are in place: 1. Alter the Net DIR within the BDE 32 configuration on each networked machine.This will enable the BDE to control sharing of the temporary files. 2. Find the BDE Administrator Start | Settings | Control Panel. 3. Go to the Configuration Tab. 4. On the tree on the left hand side, select Configuration|Drivers |Native |Paradox Set the Net Dir to the Shared Drive letter and lock directory where the Finance.exe is shared from the server S:\LOCKDIR (Please Note that the users must have access to the lock directory on the networked drive) On the tree go into Configuration|System|INIT Set local share to TRUE. If the above advice fails please go into your Setups folder, and run the most recent FMSApplicationSetup.exe you have. This will re-install FMS, and hopefully resolve the issue.

I would check AV/Firewall to see if anything is blocking incoming connections to the server

Hi All I have a distribution group called admin@....... with 5 users in it. I want to set up an auto response so that everytime an email gets sent to admin@.... it replies saying your email have been received. Has anyone any suggestions or has anyone done this?
