I have just placed an order of 50 pc's from Novatech, before that we had used them to build custom PC's for our N-Computing virtual desktops a year and a half ago and have never had a problem with any of them, that was 25 units. During the summer we bought 18 of their mobo, CPU and Ram kits which came pre-built and so far have not had any problems with them either, so I can't say how good their support is at present but the reliability of the kit so far has been great.

Have used Pugh for a few years, always found them helpful and great on pricing.

Yodel are useless, we have to use them when we have parts to send back to HP, normally have to call 5 times to organise a pick-up and kept on hold for about 15 minutes.

We had a slow down on our Sims server last week, we did not get users being disconnected but certain reports were crashing when run, I ended up detaching the Sims database and attaching again, then restarted the server and all was running fine, our Sims database is about 5Gb in size.

Blacksheep's method worked for me, only problem I'm having now is the MAK activation, when run from the network share it does it no problems but when run from SCCM it does't activate I have this command set in the msp:

The msp file is in the updates folder, I did copy the config.xml in to the root, then tried it again without it there, which made no difference. I used windows noob as well. I will try BlackSheep's method and put the msp in the root and run the setup command, thanks for the replies so far.
