I tried using a generic one and it did not work. The board had power but was not being detected by the PC. Maybe it needs a certain level of power before it can function.

Are you using a VGA splitter? Sounds like a dodgy cable. A cheap cable will get the job done but might break again. Search for a mid range one.

Yahoo Images seems to be quite bad. I have had cases where someone has searched for something completly innocent and had a load of XXX material appear. Had to block yahoo images completely. Maybe this was a one off.

Sky don't close your account even if you leave. You just have to make sure you keep using it. Even o2 (soon to be Sky) who claimed e-mail accounts are closed 90 days after you leave don't seem to follow up on this threat. My old account is still active after two years.

It depends if you think god caused the event. And if he did does he care about individual life.
