I'm currently winning at wow (IE not playing), My wife resubbed recently however. Not at all fussed about the new expansion, more burning legion *yawn* wonder if the next expansion will be the lich king again The downfall for me was the healing changes in the last exp, I mained healer and was pretty good at it, the new mechanics just lead to spam heals and hoping for the best.

Does Gwent count? Witcher 3 has been taking up most of my time. Still get onto siege when my friends are playing, Planetside and eve when i can.

If you're confused by the single player games people watch them on stream plenty.

I recently started playing the witcher 3, about a week too late for a complete lets play style thing. Maybe some niche games that wont be streamed a lot? warhammer : total war or something? Edugeek Civ 5 could be fun.

For the large games with multiple download files it handles it for you. Also auto updates the games and keeps them all organized a lot like steam

Likewise, i bought all 3 witcher games on GOG cheaper than witcher 3 on steam alone. I used to just use it for old nostalgic games like dungeon keeper, constructor and theme hospital.

I think a lot of that is down to licensing as well. You can pay for "streaming rights" to quite a bit of music on twitch, but if you cross platform stream to youtube/hitbox they don't carry over so you can get hit with DRM. I play with a few streamers so are regularly on a lot of streams. Hosting wouldn't suit me though as I tend to be calm and slowly spoken, Most popular streamers are over the top and full of hype.

Re-reading the discworld city watch books, on the fifth elephant at the moment. After that i might move onto the witches/death. I always preferred the watch/death/witch books to the rincewind stories.

Don't know if anyone has tried GOG Galaxy, looks like GOG.com is making a move on steam and has their own installer/launcher app. As part of the push you can sync your steam library with GOG and they will gift you any games they can DRM free, I got a few older/indy games gifted, it helps that there is a huge sale on over at GOG.com right now, i picked up a few games much cheaper than on steam all DRM free

This is a Ubisoft problem in general, siege is in a similar state. I'm hoping they will just bite the bullet and get a proven 3rd party anticheat in to work with fairfight like punkbuster.

Most 0.0 alliance's will "rent out" space to miners and the like, You can usually make a nice profit on top of your rent.

I have the game, enjoy the sins of a solar empire vibes it has. The custom ship building is a nice touch, would be nice if there were more options though.

Noticed last night that they are having a free weekend at the moment Rainbow Six Siege Free for the Weekend - IGN Good chance to get some friends who dint buy the game to give it a go.

I still play, in the US thought so not sure how good the pings will be. Hoping the new DLC is out soon.

Anyone else playing this? For those people like me who get hooked on the technical modpacks for minecraft I would highly recommend this, its a pre-release on steam but is one of the most polished pre-releases I have had the pleasure to try. Heres nerd3 talking about it if you want to see more

I started to get into Planetside 2 this past week. I used to play Planetside 1 a lot but the 2nd never really stuck on release.

What the end game like? I held out on buying the game despite (maybe partially due to) uplay trying to shove it at me every time i launch R6:siege. I heard that darkzone PVP it a tad stale right now. The risk vs reward doesn't make it too worth while? I played the open beta and had fun with that, I did find myself getting bored with the darkzone after a weekend though.

Deadpool was awesome, went to see it last weekend. The new ghostbusters trailer *cringe* no thanks.

I tend to run with one gun set up ACOG and another gun set up reflex, i like to flick between them depending on the map, how I'm playing and how the other team play. I suspect they will be adding more with the free DLC, although right now they have hostage, bomb, secure area, and terrorist hunt. and with the reinforceable / destructible terrain each match is unique which I find nice.

I'm in a nullsec corp, Although we are currently based out of a lowsec staging due to barbarians at the gates. Its a mainly UK based corp witch a strong culture of its own. Hit me up in game if it sounds like something you want to try out. IGN "xalent"

I find it varies, I play with 4 other guys (USTZ though) and i started playing with them just due to one of them adding me in a random game because i used comms and got kills. Sometimes i join a team of mutes, sometimes i join people who was to have a political argument while you are the last man alive trying to hear footsteps. I would suggest adding people who do talk to your uplay friends, then see if they want to group up in future. Also play classes that are easy to rack up points with, Thatcher and Rook are probably the easiest for this, Rook gets points for people picking up armour and thatcher can just EMP nade electrified walls and the like for points. A nice tip for Thatcher that not a lot of people know is that his EMP grenade blast will travel through walls, so if you can get into the room above them and roll the grenade along the floor you will get stuff bellow.
