Hi Tom, We do pay for the full version of Mosyle. We have the cloud filter in place for our Chromebooks but when I installed the smoothwall browser on the IPad's it wouldn't work maybe I am inputting the wrong information from the our smoothwall device. Any guidance on what I have to glean from the smoothwall device to get it working would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks but we use Mosyle as MDM not Securly. The method shown in the link is not a supported way of deploying the certificate in Mosyle.

Been on this issue for a while now, since updating our Smoothwall certificate our IPad's x 24 of them are unable to search via Safari or Chrome. The certificate works fine on Windows, Chromebooks but fails on the IPad's and says that the certificate is not trusted when looking on the IPad's. The IPad's are managed via Mosyle MDM and I have uploaded the correct certificate and deployed the profile to the IPad's which they receive. The Wi-Fi profile is deployed with the correct IP address of our smoothwall along with the correct port. It has been with our ISP for a week now and I hoping they get back to me before the end of this week. A question really for Smoothwall as when we changed the certificate it all stopped working on the IPad's and thinking it was the Mosyle MDM whom I have been in touch with have kicked it back to the certificate. So stuck in Limbo at the moment and wondering anyone else has had the same issue? TIA

Hi Timbo, how did you configure the Smoothwall browser app? Our current setup is to allow use of chrome and safari but they have both stopped working since we updated our https cert for our Wi-Fi. Removed the old one uploaded the new cert shows installed on the Ipad's but just keeps throwing up no secure connection for both browsers, just wondering if the smoothwall browser app maybe be a better option? TIA

Hi, I am a bit stuck on this one, I seem to have managed to create a new cert today but the ip/getmitm page is still defaulting to the old cert. Do i need to change anything or will it correct itself? I have tried selecting the new certificate I created but it is not showing. Any ideas? TIA

I noticed that with my home device the Ds220j, so slow because the of 512mb fixed RAM. Looking to change it as I wanted to keep my RAW images on it, but the indexing is so slow its just used as a backup location now, I keep a working copy of my RAW files on a USB3 desktop drive and copy that to the NAS. I will look at the specs a lot closer next time.

I downloaded the package's needed. Ran my first Activebackup for Google Workspace last night, pretty impressed with this box. If anyone has further tips or advice that would be great.
