Hi One of the things about Sims is as people have pointed out on other forums such as supportnet some people do not understand the potential a MIS can have. To be fair there a lot of people on here technical and non technical who do know that. Even if some people on SupportNet do not think that. The fact that we have a very good relationship with Capita as they welcome the feedback that they get form places like EduGeek.net and SupportNet. Problem is you always going to get a positive outlook on SupportNet same as get positive feedback on RM Communities as you always will do on official forums. But best feedback for any product is from ones that have moved away. Again Capita is bit like RM they are always going to be seen as the bad guys. All you can do show where you have had positive examples from a product but be aware other people might not have same experience of a product that you have had (heck Tony reminds me this all the time when we talk about RM). Well as per my thread needed to buy a phone last week and you good people recommended HTC Touch Pro 2. As usual simon was very helpful got me a good deal on it. I Ordered Friday about 4 o'clock for Next Day and it arrived Saturday. So got to spend the weekend playing with it. The only complaint is that courier woke me up at 6 am but can't blame Simon for that one But even courier was apologetic that was so early. So in all a great service and a great deal. Russ

Thing is here is sometimes person driving is not the stig whole reason they had someone in a helmet is that sometimes they car makers won't let anyone but their driver drive the car specially if a new car. This is where it gets very interesting if espn got a set of rights... Option one - Setanta goees bust ESPN America goes to a Sky package - and if they have football rights suspect would be renamed just to espn. Option two - Setanta carrys on ESPN would again I suspect be renamed to espn but then would remain on Setanta and you would need to pay Setanta to access the channel and so access the football. Then as soon as contract up with Setanta then espn would move over to a sky package. Option 3 - Rent They rent space on another channel but not sure the legal side of that. Russ

I did mean personal Also I don't care about the football... Most sentanta customers I would like to make educated guess have sky sports. Sentanta going bust would release a large amount of sports rights (not just football) that would get picked up by not just Sky but Eurosport, BBC & ITV. Which means that they would better off as they would be seeing the sports still but paying less.. Only situation where would not be beneficial would be for a customer does not have Sky but has Setanta but as said think that would be a very low %. Russ Russ

According to linkedin has 500 staff of course I don't want staff to lose jobs that is obviously but on personnel level can see closure of the company being beneficial to lot of the customers. Russ

No really t-mobile £2.50 for 5 days so about 15 quid a month but as don't make lot of calls from this one mainly data and incoming. Something I found out other month apart from orange and 3 all others do not enforce there fair usage policy unless you are taking the mickey. Must admit I do like idea of o2 sensibility package or what ever it is called. Russ

No sky are not allowed to own all the packages but they are allowed to bid for one of two packages that setanta did own which means they will have most of games. Russ

Sky apparently can bid for sentantas rights not sure of ins and outs. Apparently epsn have wanted to move their channel away Sentanta for a while but locked into a contract. Russ
