I was thinking we are always trying to find ways to make life easier in reporting problems. I was thinking of having a report this computer script/exe that staff can run from the start menu. That gets machine name, login name and asks them to enter a short description of the problems and sends it all to an email address. Anyone got anything like that before I start coding something....
