Right off top of my head class collaboration so if have something like Tutor on it then teacher can remote to device show it on projector. Device can be passed around the room. An Idea group class brain storming. Working in some groups on topic maybe a project to do with fairground one group working on marketing, one group on staffing costs and one group on refreshment stands. If something that needs to be discussed at end of lesson style meeting with every one the device is passed around a discussion brain storm is created. Then this can be used for decide for the agenda. That is from my head it is all about detaching person away from the workstation... Russ

Interesting website found the other day. Idea is that brings in everyone you have contact with via email, twitter, facebook and linkedin etc. So can see all the different contact for example if I bring dos_box details up then it shows all my emails to dos_box. only thing I would like to see them add is some CRM stuff so can do things like next actions etc. Gist - Organize, Connect, and Communicate with contacts from your entire professional network. Best example I have seen is that you are have download/inbox folder which all your stuff goes into and then move from there into some organised system. Maybe GTD labels @home, @work,@edugeek etc etc. Key is that download folder you have a script that deletes every week so that you must move and store it otherwise you lose it.
