@beeswax: I will be doing both and as for funding the answer is neither I have been invited by XMA to write a review on the course. XMA are very excited by the FITS courses but understand that people with in schools are bit apprehensive about the courses but felt getting someone like myself to come and experience it first hand would be good. In the end I buy once a week and know that going to eat all of it that day but its replacement of my lunch so no real problem. Its very sadly quite a nice treat to look forward to each week.. Russ

Shame I can't get it to work servers seem to be overloaded all the while.. I think program has great potential as it takes the manual steps of working out the process and if they are needed. However at moment it reboots and then tries to workout the startup programs afterwards and it says internet connection is down (reading online this means the servers are overloaded) Russ

I was speaking to one very annoyed guy today who came to do some cabling (they sell ruckus etc as well) and he was due to be Marbella but for various reasons couldn't attend in end. Marbella or doing cabling at our place I know which I would choose. Russ

Two comments have always stuck with me the first is before writing would you like your gran, parents and the local vicar to see it on the front of the national newspapers. The fact is not matter what people think what you do in private life has effect on your work and that means if you said something negative about your work then you can be fired for it.. it is one of the reasons my facebook is very open but it forces me to be very careful what I put up there. As rule never eat lunch (I take a lunch but just got into habbit of not eating mainly as lazy can can't be bothered to do sandwiches etc). However from a metabolism point of view and healthy eating and weight loss that is not a good idea. So need ideas of something healthy but means still eating was thinking of the meal shakes you can get. Has anyone used them Ideas Russ
