So i completed my first official 10k race yesterday Preston 10K after starting the couch to 5k in January 2018 i have been running 10K for a couple of months now but yesterday i set both my personal best for a 5k (22mins) and 10K (47mins). For anyone who completes the C25K i would say keep going you can do a 10K its well worth it thank you for the bridging podcasts recommend in may.

is it something to do with smb in add remove programs advance features on the client? This vaguely rings a bell
-
@HarryMonkey were would i find these can you use them with your own music?
-
I started with the C25k in Jan this year and i can now say i can comfortable run 8Km - im doing 5km every other night now in less than 30 minutes! Its been one of the best things I have done i have lost weight but also find it an opportunity to detach for work in the evenings and i can eat what i want too when i want! I found the early weeks tough but kept on going thinking when is it going to end, the hardest bit i find now is my mental state to encourage me to keep going!

these problems have been reported to me as well. If you find a solution please share.

Considering Leaving BTLS...
LukeC replied to Strawdog's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
I have now moved a few schools away from BTLS. Fairly straight forward process. Never moved any of the light speed rules. Office 365 is straightforward as you are in your own tenancy so you can leave it as it is just remembering to remove the BTLS admin accounts there's 5 or 6. they will typically assign the global admin rights on transfer to the head or itcoord and no one else even if requested. They do take their time on this process. With our office 365 I have moved them into one single tenancy so has been a bit more involved as we have ahd to download all the PSTS from 365 and reimport them into the new tenancy. (we used the search and discovery process of 365) On latest request of leaving I was told it is 6 months notice ie paying half of your bill. Or the cut off point is usually mid December to hand your notice in for following April. Check who hosts your DNS as some times you need to regain control of it from nominet straight forward process again but can catch you out. -

Thanks everyone at least i know it can be done, just re-deploying the image with no drivers and going to install the manually to ensure no conflicts. What i did find strange was there were no HID devices and none hidden either.

I know its an old thread but i have got windows 10 on a venue 11 5130 64bit everything works except touch screen and audio nothing is showing as missing from device manager has anyone else came across this.
-
@edubri did you have to enable both the client and server for SMB1 on the client device or just the client option?
-
just 4 are connected to the battery which is all i need, i'm just trying to work out if the 4 sockets will offer protection against both brownouts and surges/spikes. As it only says power outages, spikes and surges.
-
Thanks, ideally i could do with actual sockets.

When attempting to print an email with images in the body from outlook 2016 it takes ages to load the printer and sit connecting to the printer and goes not responding and after a couple of minutes it will the load the print preview and can be printed. It still does it if printer is different. If the image is not in the body of text it prints as expected. I have recreated this on several machines now. Has anyone come across this and has a solution?

Hello, What do people have their "threat protection" policy set up as. I have always gone with the recommended default from sophos but i feel this is using way too much resource on the client devices. Could people share their settings?
-
This is how ours is set up so the year is basically teh eyar they started and their home dirs are in here for exmapel year7 is in 2017 and year 11 is in 2011
