Not so much randomly, but whenever the From box was chosen to be from the other account they use. She insists this worked before.

Hiya. One of my staff insists that when they created an email and changed the "From" account and saved as a draft, it would save into that accounts Draft folder. Right now what it is doing is saving to the draft folder for their own account. Is there any way of making this happen? Or does that functionality not exist? Cheers!

Is it possible? We use bog standard SIMS, no real remote access from home. Does it require to be on the domain? I really have little knowledge of it. Currently getting a group policy error everytime it is opened up at home, but cant work out which policy is preventing it! Cheers.

You can try updating the offline address book from the server? Its a powershell command that will force update clients address book.

Hmm, none of them has dual PSUs which is a must for me. The rack mount one can have an optional one but will cost a bomb, but only has 2 network ports. I had a similar issue and the only way around I could find in 2010 was to create a new GAL for Students only. It seems a bit of a hammer to fix a small problem but you do get other benefits from using 2 GALs.

Never mind. I used EX2013 to create a new GAL in shell and then did the rest with EX2010

Hello all. I am a lonely technician with no Network Manager who has been tasked with setting up student email accounts. Unfortunately the current Exchange server has all the addresses in a GAL and I cannot restrict students from seeing those addresses. I could move those addresses to a different address book and redirect the staff to see those... However I would rather setup a separate server to help learn a bit more about exchange setups. That and I don't want to break something that is working. I have installed Exchange 2013 on a physical server (Server 2008) I have connected via ECP, however EX2013 has recognized the current exchange server and has shared the information. I want this to be separate from the old EX2010 server. I presume it is because we have a single domain, is there anyway to get around this? - Separate student exchange server with their own GAL connected to AD. Please treat me like a layman as I am out of my depth!

Hello all. I am looking for a senior tech position in West, South west and central London. With a Salary of 26K and above. I am currently a IT/Comms/Media Tech and have nearly 3 years of experience in secondary schools. I can work as part of a team or independently (Due to Network Managers leaving and recruited ones not starting, I have been running my current schools network for 9 months by myself with no other help.) I have a relevant degree and I am Microsoft certified. If anyone has anything to offer or spots this sort of position I would much appreciate it! (No recruitment companies please.)

Hello all. I am alone in running a school. In 2012 we bought some HP M401DN's. I currently have two on the fritz with the same issue, both claiming paperjams where none exist. One of the printers is BARELY used. As in I only put it into the room over summer from new. The other has been consistantly used. Both are unfortunately just out of warranty. I have tried changing toners and practically dissasembled them. It's weird that both have the same issue, but one has printed less then 400 pages in it's life. Very rarely if I keep resetting them I will get a few more pages out of them, but will always "Phantom jam". Any ideas? I have updated the Firmware to the latest version with no luck.
