    In the ZoneDirector. Have a look at: Configure -> Access Points -> Access Point Policies. Is Load Balancing enabled or disabled? What number do you have set as Max Client?

    Have you tried a nslookup against DC2. If it times out then it may not have the proper forwarded configured, it may also be under heavy load (limiting it's ability to respond to requests).

    Not really easy. You'll have to remove the inherited permissions for that folder and specifically give her access. Unfortunately, this also means that any permissions to set on the root folder from now on in are also not inherited.

    You could always run a script to ping your gateway once a second and log it to a file on the laptop. Log date and time - when it drops out, check the event viewer to see whats wrong.

    Done via GPO Set the computer proxy to something other than you're web filtering solution - Restart the LAB 15 minutes before the exam, remove the GPO, restart the LAB after the exam.

    Ancient Method: You may find it easier to build hardware specific images. Over a wide range of hardware, you'll struggle to get a single image that will work. If they were very similar models, you may get away with it.

    You may find that because they're USB devices, Windows doesn't find them immediately. Try logging onto the computer (somehow), then re-inserting the USB devices to get them to re-install.

    10020: Are you using IPv6? If not, this error is fine. 1070: Do you have Network Access Protection enabled or disabled? If enabled, you have a problem. Try disabling it. 1056: Check that DHCP can dynamically update DNS. Check which user DHCP server service is running under. Should be 'Network Service'

    Kyocera - Very sturdy, ceramic drums. Last a very long time. OKI - A little more expensive, almost bulletproof. Very easy to repair. Personally, I'd use OKI.

    Check the RF on the AP. If the threshold is set too low it'll always try to another AP with a stronger signal.
