I have finally been listened to and we are ditching our awful Publisher templates that we use for annual reports. Yippee! I have been asked to look into alternatives. So what do other schools use? Any recommendations? (primary school btw).

Perhaps I'm being dumb, but that file just returns DIRECT for every case. Don't you need to add a line to return your proxy at some point. Everything else is directed to the proxy.

Side note to this but if you are installing sccm you should be installing the Current Business Branch versions now not 2012. Current base version is v1511 which updates to v1602. Latest version has added goodies for managing Windows 10.

I kinda can't see the point. You need to use the S3 UI to define what clients install what software anyway. If you assign software to a PC then the agent gets installed anyway. The clients have GUID so all the agents will report back with the same GUID. Good luck sorting that out
