Yes. i would like to able to just to change the Vlan ID in the vm machine settings. Or am better off just using 1 link to the switch/server. (have all 3,4,5,6,8 vlans tagged so i can just pick a number)

Must do. It wont let me change anything once i turn LACP to Active. Wont change anything else. I just cant get the vlans to pick up on Hyper-V

Production switch. I about to update the switch to latest firmware as its running firmware from 2016 and latest one is last month. That is the switch. (well its a HPE not Aruba but same as) I'm sure its doing the routing already. (i didn't set this switch up. it was rushed in to production due to the old switch that failing, The config was mirrired across from the old one (setting by setting)

I get the same error when doing it though telnet aswell. I have noticed that "Dyn1" is untagged but wont let me tag the rest of the vlans on the same name.

It's ports 27,28,29,30. It wouldn't let me change them together. It won't let me select a trunk group. Off the top of my head it gives me an error about dynamic groups.

Forgot to add: once updates have sync you can approve updates to send to the computers to update. Once updates have been approved it will download the update to the sever.

Yep. 4 ports bonded together. And still doesn't pick the vlans up. I've had a play with lacp and it won't let me add trunk and trunk group with lacp set. Take it off and I can set it. (Above screenshot) I've looked up the vlan info on the ports and it won't let me add 3,4,5,6,8 tagged to the trunk. (1 is untagged and won't let me change it) I'm guessing it something so simple that I haven't set.

Easy enough. Install 2016 >domain join Add wsus role. Set path during install. Once roll installed configure what products you need updates for (windows 7, 10 server 2012 etc....) Let the server sync (will take up to an hour to sync depending on how much you selected) Change your Group Poilcy windows update location to point at your new server. (Posted via app)

trying to get this to work and ive hit a dead wall.... Guessing im missing something somewhere....

We are planning to move our DC/DHCP/DNS to a new server (and move any from VMWare to Hyper-V. Is there anything that i need to know or easy route to follow? (can i add multiple vlans to one dhcp server?) I'm currently building the replacements now. (off the domain so i can download updates from MS)

Just looked though our default domain policy and yes there is settings for Auto Enrollment (2 certs have expired and 1 is our current ISP filtering)

Since we lost our main PDC (thanks to Ramsonware) we been having random problems with dcs (event log with errors pointing to certificate errors) I noticed we are not running any certificate services roles on any dc. Do I need to re install this roll on our new pdc?

How do i set the local information in MDT? I made my golden image in English Int (all set to UK) and when deployed it sets it back to US language and layout. This is my rules in MDT:

Got a slight problem with exchange 2010 not asking "some" pupils to login and pointing them straight to a 403 page. Not seeing any problems with exchange talking AD. and computers that pupils are using to connect have been wiped so new profile is being made. Going though MS Outlook works fine. Just not though OWA. Any ideas?
