    Got a Kensington charge and sync cab which is playing up. These was brought from Misco. Has anyone got any UK phone number or email for Kensington to get advice? Website only gives me US phone number which is no good....

    Hi, Is there a app for something that i can install on a iOS device that i can use for checking asset tags? I just want something that i can import the tags off an excel workbook in to the app and highlight what tagged have been done. or something along those lines... Any ideas?

    We have gave them a script that remaps all there drives. (including there own N drive) but still doesnt work. I'm not back on site till Thursday and i will have a look what setting there are.

    Nope that didn’t fix the problem. I can copy it out in to notepad and paste it back in and solves it. But not really helpful. Any ideas?

    Hi all, I got a problem with a document. When trying in the document the text is writing the wrong way round. so if the user is trying "hello" it ends up trying "olleh" Any ideas? My googling is not really helping me out.

    Got an issue where a user can connect to vpn fine but can’t connect to her own drive. The user can can browse other mapped drives. Just not her own. Any simple setting that I can ask the user to try before I return to site next week?

    Have you tried using powershell to install? Point the source to your extracted Windows 10 iso.

    There is a shared school calendar and im trying to find the owner in Office 365. Outlook not really giving me any information about owners. How can i find out this owner and change it (if it need to be changed from an old member of staff)

    Manage Engine Service Desk Plus. Not free but works nicely with a few schools schools. You can get it auto assign to techs if they are on that site.

    Just an odd question. How do you set your home drive in ad? Just looked at ours and it’s \\fs\username$ and that folder is a hidden share on the file server. Each folder has that user full permissions to their folder.

    Might be a odd one. Try installing windows 8.1 graphic drivers. I know I had to install 8.1 drivers on an older laptop to make something work before now.
