  2. Thats not very helpful....
  3. Silly question. Where do i look?
  4. Got an odd one at a site. When they send emails out though Office 365 some of there emails are being marked as spam and end up in parents/students junk mail and never get seen / replied to. Is there a way of monitoring or reducing the amount of emails that get marked as spam? (other than asking the parents/students to add the domain to their safe list/whitelist)
  5. Sorry. I'm stuck at work too many projects going on..
  6. Forgot to update. I did a 999 test call and all was fine. Could see caller ID their end.
  7. I might try that on the core switch. Scared in case of something goes wrong. But I’ll try it.
  8. i'm going to try and get most of the phones on its own vlan. If you could find the instructions for Panasonic phones that would be a big help I'll have a poke around to see what could be sending broadcast traffic out. I dont think they have much.
  9. Our plan is to get rid of of one dumb switch from an office. And have the phones on the right vlan. I will read in to ip phones and tagging and un tagging of the port. I think it’s a Leased line from VM. I will check router and firewall tomorrow when I’m on site.
  10. I don’t know if I can link the 2 together. I can’t see anyone maxing the connection out. There is a Sophos web filter which tells me about usage. I’ll have a look. And I’ll check the firewall. Calls drop for both. Loose audio and doesn’t come back.
  11. Have a Panasonic phone system at a site and having problems with calls dropping out externally. Backbone of the network is on 10gbs links. Phone system is meant to be on its vlan but it’s all over the place. (Some phones have pcs plugged in on the back which can’t be helped due to lack of network sockets). All switches are HP 2920-48g POE+. They are some small 10/100 dumb switches around but hoping they will get removed Our PBX support has checked the logs but faults fine Also our SIP provider has checked and no errors found. The internet connection is Virgin media 1gb up and down. Have logged a case but they claim they can’t find a fault. And as there no VoIP service with them there not interested it feels. Where to start?
  12. Just a quick ask before I spend my allocated time at a site tomorrow with windows 10. Does anyone have a tested WIM file that they could share? I know it’s a big ask but if anyone could help me out I would be so greatful
  13. ive had this problem when i did my windows 10 sysprep. you need to unprovision / remove "ActiproSoftwareLLC.562882FEEB491_3.2.28.0_x64__24p qs290vpjk0" from your machine
  14. Clickview. Can be used locally and online.
  15. Reinstalling office won’t fix it. Reinstalling adobe reader might.
  16. At one of our sites it’s installed on Intel i3/i5 and on bored graphics. Seems alright (I think)
  17. What app is that?
  18. i dare to say it.... Can we keep it?
  19. Is there a way of getting outlook 2016 to auto login (using Windows credentials) when creating new profiles? Currently users are getting asked to type username and password during outlooks setup wizard. Exchange 2013 / Server 2012 R2 Windows 10 v1803. Thanks.
  20. just to update. Ive flatten the machines and just installed Windows 8.1 and some updates and it sysprep'ed fine. I wonder if its something that i installed. I'll post the software list tomorrow when i'm back on site.
  21. All sorted now. Used the one @bald_pig and @ICTDirect_Dave and it’s been fine. (Although saying that I’ve changed jobs)
  22. As far as i know its all untouched. Just tired it with apps removed and still fails.
  23. I got a problem on a site which still uses Windows 8.1 I'm trying to sysprep a new image and it fails with a fatal error. Any ideas? Logs are attached Thanks setupact.log.txt setuperr.log.txt
