I'm trying to help you out but cannot find anything. Is it the app doing multiple sheets per page or the printer driver? eg like adobe. I know you are clued up from your replies on other threads and have helped me before! Are the accounts part of the same security? do you have local loopback.. computer/ user policy? What happens if you delete the printer as the user and readd it manually? does it still show up grey? cannot change multiple pages per sheet? Just thinking out loud pal!

Edusync had to be reconnected to google and now shows: This app is blocked This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access. Plus it looks like all the account "configurations" for new accounts on sims > google might have gone back to default on the edusync end on wonde. we used to have firstname and first letter of first name for pupils and now that has changed. It looks like it has all gone back to default values. Have any of you had problems with wonde with new rebuilds / resync of Wonde > sims? This was all perfect until we had the rebuild. I think it is also causing delays with papercut too.. long times to view it. Going to throw exclusions just incase. Hope it goes well.. FYI I just did sections 2 and 4 in my post and like 2-3 reboots so it pushes the exclusions etc. Hero Mode and pushed out 100 sims, 4 failed due to someone switching the machines off!

THANK YOU!!! Finally I am happy with what I do. Empty start menu lol desktop only has icons based on what is needed by the school. chrome a given. Then you get 1 staff who wants Firefox !! i managed to hide "all" in the end and empty the entire start menu tiles. People can pin word etc off the desktop. The only thing I could not do was remove the "search" on the task bar without it killing search totally. Have a good weekend. Trying to find these sims / sophos issues!

All, Hope you are well. I have setup desktop redirection so all staff redirect to a folder on the server and only have minimal access. This worked howevre there is a microsoft edge icon that appears on the desktop and I need to make it ONLY show the redirected folder. This worked in windows 10, not 11 it looks like.
