Hi, Does anyone have the HP SmartStart 8.30-x64 iso/zip that I can download from them? It has to be the 8.30v to install 2008 R2. The HP site is being really slow for me. I'm downloading at 47KBPS on a 100MB line. Thanks, Michael

Hi, We have just switched VLE to Fronter, and are continually getting password reset requests throughout the day. Is it possible to grant staff permission to reset students without setting them as an Admin? We are getting LGFL USO in april, but need something to cover until then. Regards, Michael

You can delegate to groups or OU's IIRC. Staff here can only change student passwords. Only we can change staff passwords. Michael

Delegate control in MMC then install Password Reset from Wisesoft.co.uk on the teachers PC. Works Great Here. Michael

Have you looked to see if there is a option to disable SATA native mode in the BIOS? Michael

ActiveSync is hardcoded to use Https.

Have you also tried Microsoft Test Exchange Connectivity to see if it works?

I have just bought myself a new TV for my bedroom to replace the dinosaur and finally have a decent size screen for playing 360 in Full HD. I set it up to the pc last night so that I can finally watch the movies I have. I was trawling the web as I usually do (sure does feel wierd browsing FB on a 32" screen) and came as a hack that enables play back of video files {.dat .mpg. mpeg .ts .trp .tp .vob .mp4 .mkv .avi .divx, including 1080p mkv files}, audio files and image files from the onboard usb service port. In simple terms your LCD TV becomes an HD media player without the need for the PC. Within 20mins I had compleated the hack - I had to downgrade the FW, enable the hack then upgrade it back to the original and latest FW with the hack still enabled. I'm astonished that this feature is inbuilt into these models, yet disabled by default. why? Do you have at least v178 of MfE installed? Exchange 2010 is only compatible from this version onwards.... not sure what the latest revision is tho. Michael

External full owa path. Ours is http://email.mydomain.com which redirects to https://email.mydomain.com/owa but works ok. Username only needs the username not the full [email protected] I've only set up 2 of these, but they can be a PITA the first time.. To jailbreak and unlock any current iPhone on 3.1.2 (Latest) use blackra1n it will JB it in under 30 seconds (Mac and PC)... I've used it loads since it been released. Then install Cydia from the blackra1n app... You now need to install blacksn0w to unlock the baseband. To do this do the following... 1. Open Cydia and install new source by going to Manage menu. The source URL for the blacksn0w is blackweather 2. Search for the Blacksn0w app. Click Install Button 3. Confirm installation 4. Wait for installation process to finish 5. After installation make sure to reboot your iPhone in order for unlock to take effect. Michael
