  1. None of my printers in the registry have a PrinterDriverAttributes key. Can this just be created with a value of 5? Thanks.
  2. Yeah. If a teacher logs onto a student machine it doesn't work but if a student does it will work. It also works for me as an admin.
  3. Did you ever find a solution to this? I am experiencing the same thing for my staff but it works for students and admin users. The only difference are policies but I can't find anything that obviously would cause this.
  4. HP, Brother, Ricoh. None of them have it.
  5. My print server does not have that registry key for any of the drivers. Can it just be created with a value of 1?
  6. Thanks I have applied the loopback policy however when the script runs I receive a script host error code 0x80041021. It states line 2 char 1. I can't see anything out of place but then I don't know any scripting! Any ideas, thanks again.
  7. I'm having some trouble getting this to work. What is a loopback merge script opposed to a normal logon script? Thanks
  8. I changed the registry key to disable AutoAdminLogon
  9. Got it sorted. Thanks.
  10. The 'users must enter a username and password to use this computer' is not checked on these computers and if I check them then they work correctly. Is there a policy I can edit to change this on all of them? Thanks.
  11. Yes there is.
  12. Two rooms are the same model and the third is a different model. But this third model I have in other rooms without the problem. But then the image is the same for all of them so if the image is stuck, that should be the case for all of them? I have checked and they have the drivers. Thanks.
  13. Hi, I have three computer rooms where every machine logs on the local administrator account every time they turn on. They are built from the same image and have the same policies applied as all the others which do not do this. Any help would be great Thanks.
  14. Not to worry I have it working. I was having a thick moment and needed to use the UNC paths.
  15. I'm having some problems redirecting the AppData and downloads folders. In windows 7 our policy was to direct appdata and downloads to U:\windows7\appdata and U:\windows7\downloads respectively. U: being the users network home drive. It worked perfectly. I am now trying to do the same for windows 10, simply changing 7 to 10 in the path but it doesn't create the folder. Have things changed with this in Windows 10? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
  16. It's not part of a domain. Let me try to clear it up. I have a clean windows 10 build, not on the domain, sysprepped and then captured using WDS. I am then deploying this using MDT. I haven't chosen to then sysprep again and neither do I want to. It does look like an issue with the task sequence but I don't know what as I haven't chosen to sysprep and capture at all.
  17. But I haven't told it do do this. Where do the disable this option?
  18. Hi, What I have done is created an image and sysprepped and captured it with WDS. I've then added the WIM to MDT to deploy it. Everything goes well and it looks to have deployed correctly, joins the domain etc but it keeps throwing up this error: FAILURE (7002): Computer is a member of a domain, should be in a workgroup when sysprepping. Litetouch deployment failed, Return Code = 2147467259 0x80004005 Failed to run the action: Execute Sysprep. The specified protocol driver is invaled. Code 0x80004005 I'm not sure what's going on as I'm not trying to execute sysprep again. Any help would be great. Thanks.
  19. Is there a way to change the colour of the menu? I've had a look but can't find anything.
  20. Reinstalling got it working. Thanks.
  21. I've checked the date and time settings and they are all correct.
  22. I had this working perfectly on a VM last week and now this week I've been testing with a physical machine and I'm getting this error message in the Event viewer. I'm sure I haven't changed anything at all. "The user 'classicshell.chm' preference item in the 'Classic Shell Curric' policy object did not apply because it failed with error code '0x80070003' The system cannot find the path specified" Any help would be great, Thanks.
  23. Thanks, I had set that policy but was having a thick moment and hadn't unchecked a couple of boxes! It's working however it still has Accessories, System, Admin tools etc. How can I remove these?
  24. Thanks Michael, this works a treat! One problem I am having is getting the All Programs list to redirect. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.
  25. Thanks for your reply however I just figured it out. I was being stupid! I just stuck http:// rather than \\ and it runs okay.
