  4. It's a bug, the Open link shouldn't appear unless it's a ZIP file
  5. A few people are experiencing this error, the only real way to fix it is to delete your hapConfig.xml file and remake it using the setup.aspx page. I'll investigate why this would be happening
  6. Good to hear
  7. Make sure to use HTTPS not HTTP. HAP+ doesn't work on HTTP, it needs HTTPS
  8. Can you do some http://www.edugeek.net/forums/home-access-plus/86059-hap-json-debugging.html

  12. 2) Can you tell me want was posted to the api and what came back in firebug, should be some tabs in the request 3) Odd one, the user also needs to be in an OU set in the HAPConfig for HelpDesk visibility 4) Could be, FAQ's and Open ticket's aren't archived 6) Ok, that's correct, odd that's it's showing up, it shouldn't be 7) It is working on my version, ah, it's referencing an old css file that was based in the bookingsystem folder, rather than the styles folder, will correct now, expect a re-release soon

  15. The start using HAP+ button only comes up when you save. You need to complete the 1st 2 tabs and move onto the 3rd to get the Save button to show, if it's in FirstRun mode
  16. 1) Fixed in latest release 2) Don't know on that one, it should work 3) It will only show those with email addresses, or should 4) Odd, it worked for me last time I tried it 5) Not currently 6) I think the setup page isn't working quite right there, go into the hapConfig.xml and set it to false or empty, or make sure that the disclaimer textbox is blank 7) The overview calendar shouldn't of changed, it should still be the old style overview calendar
  17. Sorry about that, missed a checkin there, try downloading again, HAP.Web.dll is what you need
  18. There's a setting in your hapConfig.xml that the upgrade script doesn't like, or is missing.
  19. If it's not letting you get to another tab then your install isn't correct. The CSS doesn't look right, and the javascript is prob throwing an error if the tabs aren't working
  20. You need to remove the svg line from the web.config file
  21. Just re-release the v9 release, you just need the hap.web.dll file in the bin folder, see if that works. (Give it 10 minutes while it uploads)
  22. You've gotten a corrupt hapConfig.xml file
  23. Hmm, redirect issue, that's a new one it shouldn't do that.
  24. Ok, I'll have to disable Kerberos on Chrome as it doesn't support NTLMv2
  25. Hmm, looks like something in one of the links should be there but isn't, very odd. Do you mind pasting your Homepage section of your hapConfig.xml file?
