The start using HAP+ button only comes up when you save. You need to complete the 1st 2 tabs and move onto the 3rd to get the Save button to show, if it's in FirstRun mode

If it's not letting you get to another tab then your install isn't correct. The CSS doesn't look right, and the javascript is prob throwing an error if the tabs aren't working

You need to remove the svg line from the web.config file
