  1. Thanks for the update! I think I will do it this way this time.
  2. So, delete should have been rename... (was trying to post the brief moment the internet was working this afternoon). I am not that brave / fool-hardy / stupid (lol) enough to delete them Its just strange doing the update differently to all the previous times. The ePortal notes seem 10x more involved than the old Link2ICT method.
  3. I called ACS and to ask if I needed to do anything special - but they said just follow our notes. I just got a little chicken when it started asking me to delete the ePortal and admin folders.
  4. Has anyone done the update to 16.1 yet? The ACS notes are different to the old Link2ICT ones and I'm scared lol.
  5. Ordered Sunday - cancelled today due to lack of stock
  6. So, I downloaded AC 2.0. Started the migration and got to the bit where it starts the Managed codes to VPP process. Called Apple, apparently I have to remove all the managed apps from the iPads, export and send off the file and then wait. It can take 5 days for the conversion process, during which time I won't be able to access the apps. Might have to wait for a holiday to migrate.
  7. Not directly related to your problem - but thought I'd add this as it stumped me for a while earlier this week: PaperCut KB | iOS 9 Printing
  8. You could also use two "helper" columns. One that has the just the Letter and one that just has the number and sort over these instead
  9. Ouch..... https://link2ict.service-now.com/selfservice/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0013043
  10. If you let the battery run down - when you next turn it on Guided access should be disabled.
  11. Seems quite important - but I only really happened across it! https://link2ict.service-now.com/schools/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0012909

  12. I'd guess that its a region problem and that it is trying to interpret the date in american format as mm/dd/yyyy.
  13. We have a number of Loxit products that seem to be fine. TV wall mount | Plasma Lift | TV Lift - Loxit
  14. In the past we have had success with some of these: FrontRow ToGo | FrontRow But I suspect they are a little on the pricey side.
  15. Depends how cheap and what needs to run on it. A HP Microserver can be good value, especially when the cashback offer is in operation - HP 704941-421 ProLiant MicroServer G7 N54L | ServersPlus
  16. We had success setting up ubuntu with cups to provide printer support for ios devices. Not used it recently as we integrated the ios devices into papercut using fingerprint - but the instructions we used were from here: Gordon Turner » Blog Archive » AirPrint on Linux for iOS6

    Diablo III

After not playing for ever, I pre-ordered the expansion and have been playing again for a couple of weeks. Its still the same game, but the Loot 2.0 system works a lot better. It no longer feels like you are grinding to make gold to spend in the auction house for loots - you actually get drops that are worthwhile. Looking forward to the expansion - shame I have to work late for most of the week
  18. Gotta love the unexpected McAfee Quarantine Manager 7.0.1 messages user start to get this morning
  19. Both command line and .bat file worked ok. No real idea why it wouldn't work, sorry Maybe try escaping the quotes with ^ to see if there is something strange going on with them.
  20. Just tested it on xp and it seemed to work fine. Not having the quotes around the key will generate "To many command-line parameters", so might be worth double checking that. Alternatively can you import a .reg file with all the keys you no longer want set equal to -, e.g. Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings] "ProxyServer"=-
  21. Fingerprint installed on the printer server, not tried the new version but assume it works pretty much the same.
  22. Pretty much we do what is on here: PaperCut KB | FingerPrint iOS Printing Seems to work ok. Just adds an extra step to the printing process.
  23. Still have lots of users complaining about delayed emails. Re-reading the KB article, it states: I wonder what percentage most represents? As we have users waiting 12 hrs and still not receiving the email they expect.
