hi we're trying to get this work work for students. at the moment it tries to download the java file but returns an error message unable to launch application. We're using bloxx as web filtering, has anyone else had any luck getting this to work, and if so what were the exceptions/rules used? thanks configuration room - Support Portal

hi Has anyone been able to get this copier to scan? at the moment is is on windows 7 pc connected via usb and has ir toolbox installed but not seeing copier and copier does not seem to have any scanner settings to change. Have checked manual and google and canon site.

+1 for ebuyer, I had a good shop around and they had hard to beat prices and got free next day delivery. I bought-asus m5a78l-m/usb3 motherboard,phenom x4 960t,8gb ddr3,60gb ssd,1tb hdd,fractal r3 case,arctic cpu cooler, didn't get gpu as don't play games and mobo has vga,dvi and hdmi to connect to tv via hdmi and use xbmc.

oh,that's odd. try downloading divx from here - ClickView - the digital video solution for schools - onto the clickview server and/or manager pc, maybe it will need to go on the pc but i'm we don't install divx on to each pc that has clickview player on it. Also have you updated to the latest versions of clickview server, manager (released 09/01/2012) and player (released 22/12/2011) ? might make a difference

We have clickview 247 recording service-records 6 channels of freeview tv 24 hours a day. not any 'dodgy' sites!
