  1. We found next gen doesnt show pre admissions timetables, have we missed something as Parentpay didnt seem to be able to answer this? Not great for transition planning if this is the case?
  2. Probably because unlike us they were all on their holidays!
  3. Hi Richard, Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, some of our customers are encountering an issue that impacts how they log in and access core features in our products. We are working on an urgent solution and are anticipating that this will be resolved by the end of play today, Tuesday 21/04/26. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Many Thanks, Molly Customer Support Advisor
  4. This is to do with Universal accounts being setup:- Class Charts has been linked to your Tes Universal Account. Please use your Universal Account password to login to Class Charts from now on. To make life easier for you, while maintaining the highest levels of security, we’re rolling out the Tes Universal Account across a number of Tes products over the coming months. A Universal Account has been set up for you using the same email and password you use to log in to the last Tes product used. What is a Universal Account? A Tes Universal Account is a single common login, that will (in time) link all your Tes products, allowing you to access them in one place using the same password. What’s next? Continue to log in to your Tes products as usual. As we link your Universal Account to more of your Tes products, you’ll receive a notification, letting you know that we’re automatically linking your accounts. You can then use the same login details to access all of your Tes products. Tes Products We’ll gradually be linking the products below. Class Charts Provision Map Parents' Meetings Develop My Concern If you use any of these products, you’ll receive further communication about linking them to your Universal Account shortly. FAQs Should you have any questions please read our FAQs, contact our customer services team on [email protected] or call +44 203 194 3164. Kind Regards, Tes Would have been nice to have been forewarned, also the password reset emails dont seem to work, they just say expired if you click the supplied link, anyone else seeing this?

  7. Thanks Jim, I thought the spec was weak and didn't make too much of it myself.
  8. Tablets-4-Teachers what does everyone make of this?
  9. Had an email from Kieran Porter today. [email protected] Tel: +44 118 9095303 . He informs me Microsoft were waiting for new stock in the UK which has now arrived and we should receive our devices in the next week or two.
  10. According to this forum it can work using a Surface Pro and possibly from an RT if they release appropriate drivers. 8.1 Miracast support test with Netgear Push2TV
  11. Does anyone know the destination IP addresses required to allow the ports to be opened as SWGFL require this, I cannot find the info from Valve to update our change request.
  12. Agree Windows Phone is very slick but tends to get slated by imho people who have yet to experience it, 2 years on it still feels fresh. I think Surface has a great deal going for it, although I think the Windows 8 Pro version could be the better options for schools as it will have access to the huge range of x86 software. Does anyone know if the x86 version will still be able to run the RT version apps, I assume so but haven't been able to clarify this yet?
  13. Having wathed the Liveblog I think this has the potential to be a real game changer, I guess the question is how much? I have visions of Art classes using full photoshop with a stylus and not a PC in sight. What do fellow Edugeekers think?
  14. I totally see where you are coming from, but I would have thought seeing you can choose which machines to deploy to after the initial deployment the ability to choose when you first deploy cannot be too difficult to include without a huge amount of effort. I'm sure many would find this useful.
  15. Details of CR No. 1205-1085174 Deploy to specific machines initially not after a previous deployment We have 265 Solus enabled workstations here at South Dartmoor. When we initially roll out a SIMS release via Solus 3 I need to ensure it is functioning for a number of Key Users such as our attendence officer, Cover manager etc. When we first deploy SIMS via Solus it can take quite some time so the ability to ensure key users are successfully updated before then rolling out to all SIMS workstations is critical to us.
