We have been asked to look into providing Mobiles for SLT an Key staff members... I havn't the foggist where to start... Soooo, what has everyone else implemented?? We are looking for a single solution for around 10 people, one type reliable phone, (ie able to replace battery easily, easy to reset, sync exchange etc). minutes, texts, data?? If anyone would like to put the cost aswell?? I'm fine at find my own contract, but when it comes to finding one for the school... ahhhhhhhh

some people never learn!! I reckon 39 - 40 degree air temp = dead server!!

Server must be going nuts at that temp.. ours generally run 5 degrees warmer than air temp.. so there at 24-25 degrees. If internal temp hit 38 degrees i get a warning...40 degrees they shutdown. So at 32 degrees air temp its cutting it fine???

We have the casio XJ-A140 2500 lumen projector in our hall.. you''ll need something brighter!! Its okay but can struggle a bit on bright days (I.E. today!!)

We have two of these units an they are also the same.. was a little annoyed, but no concerned as they are not for students!

We have the canon ir7086 (Mono Only).. has been here for six months brilliant machine.. 86 pages per minute!! Also the IRC5185.. does everything

We have followed it up every day.. and have spoken to the account manager serveral times.. problem with speaking to the account manager is that he is not a techie so doesn't understand the system from a technical point of view.. It is getting very frustrating.. I will say one thing, the guys at serco are trying their best but unfortunatly thats not fixing the problems!!

Since the updates the eportal seems to collapse during the day.. Serco are looking at it. Its appears it is something to do with reports. As when we are not doing reports eportal is stable.. Staff are out to behead us.. but there is little we can do apart from restarting the services everytime it falls over!! Call was open with this issue in january after we did the updates an it is now march an we are no further forward!!

We have dual display port graphics card in our 760's.. Just a warning.. If you ghost your machines, an have two displays plugged in it will not complete; unplug one before you start!!

We have not considered quotas yet.. We were not even sure in print levels until this week, as our schools repro person has a habit of not keeping track of paper use!! What do you inforce??

We had the same problem.. Teachers using printers as there own personal photocopiers.. sooo... this has been our first week using papercut.. it has been very hard work plicating teachers but was worth it.. after many annoyed teachers an even crying teachers:confused:, we have made it to the end of the first week!! SUCCESS. We have dragged the environmental impact widget out of the db an incorporated it onto our digital signage so teachers an pupils can see what thet're printing... 4 days of monitoring... 16, 797 pages printed.. amazing!! Pupils are asking teachers if the can format they're documents with smaller text so it cost them less!! Our canon's cost us 1.5p for black and 2p for colour.. bargin..

got the same thing here... ABtutor advice was to go into admin an untick "use video driver" hope this helps..
