This is usually caused by the paths to targets not being entered correctly in SOLUS3, or the SA passwords/database names put in are incorrect. Go through each target type and triple check the info you've entered. Is it returning any target versions, or just some? If so, which ones?

I can't understand how they tried to correct the business and what changes were made at store levels to try and get it back up and running. After it was 'saved', nothing seemed to change apart from some store closures.
