You could be right. can't get it to list subject classes only reg classes.

I've got 2 columns left column pupil's name right column lists pupils classes (groups) listing down the page. So pupils name appears once, groups list to the right, next pupil, groups to right and so on. Filtered so far by year group. Does that sound right?

Should be simple with an RTF report. I'll have a go.

It's a shame this wasn't offered before I attempted my course today based on quickly cobbled together, out of date notes. I have been trying for 2 weeks to download recent notes as well as report defs for a school nearly under special measures. We reported the problems but that just made us more frustrated when asked to send screen shots of a wepage, especially as thye page was frozen. What on earth hid this person expect to get from a snapshot of a wepage? Instead of someone looking at the problem and taking the impact to us seriously, it seemed we were subjected to stalling tactics. I'll IM the report defs I need and my email address, not sure if you can send some stress and embaressment tablets to help me recover from a disasterous start to a training course this morning though. You should see the bruises on my forehead.

I'm a few hours west of you. Waiting for my colleague to send me the case reference. I'll send it when I can, I'm training today.

You think I have the same problem at home as I have in the office? Really? Are you serious? How about the calls we have logged and the requests for 'screenshots'. Were they serious? No, I'm fed up with it (that's being polite). I'll advise the team that until it is proved to be no longer a problem they should log all calls by phone.

Eh, do you think if I kept posting to Capita with Comic Sans they would fix SupportNet faster????

Sorry to disapoint but still no download, looks like I'll be using out of date notes on my course tomorrow. That should turn a few users against SIMS. Now I can't log in again.

I'd have to score them 0/10 for help and response. I'd guess the Head who wants these reports would score less. With all the time I wasted trying to download I could have designed it from scratch. Hindsight eh.!

Now you seem to have FINALLY accepted there is and has been a problem for 10 days or so. Any chance it will be fixed in the near future? Perhaps then we as a team can stop hours of our wasting time trying to log calls, download notes etc and find fixes?????

Been like it for a week and a half, way beyond a joke now. I've tried it at home and it's still the same so not local firewalls or anything.
