I have always found Specsavers very good, both with advice and service. I have been using them for years. A friend who had been going to a non-high st optician for years went to them recently, they told him he had been suffering from cataracts. P.S I'm on the monthly contract and think it's well worth the cost.

If the paper is sound, tidy up as best you can and line with some 2000 grade lining paper. Then either paint or paper over it.
