Hi All, We purchased a years license for LightSpeed classroom management at the backend of the last academic year. I have synced with Azure and it has pulled the correct Groups/Teams across but hasn't pulled any of the members (staff or students). Helpdesk ticket has been raised and it was escalated to the Dev team but they have now gone quiet......has anyone else got this setup at their school? Thanks!

Not yet but I also ran some questions through copilot myself yesterday and it claimed it wouldn't be released.... When I raised a ticket with our MSP to double check, they just said it would become available at some point and they are still rolling it out. I am sure at BETT they announced it was being rolled out, unless I misunderstood.

We were told by an MSP that it is still rolling out so not everyone has access yet.....I still get this message.

Hi All, I am trying to find a simple (and reasonably priced) digital signage player to use alongside Planet Estream. Is there anyone out there using the same software that has purchased some recently? The ones we have onsite seem to not be available anymore. Thanks

We are about to roll out Ping Alert (via Schoolswatch). It essentially throws a pop up to cover the users screen when a lockdown is triggered. Can also download an app for phones which overrides silent mode etc.

I had a quick demo at BETT. It looked good, had some interesting features (obviously AI driven!) but that was running from a test bench with minimal users. We are back in the market for classroom management software but wasn't really clear if they offered just that or the whole package which included filtering, monitoring, their own AI (which I believe was partnered with Chat GPT). Ill likely explore a little deeper later this year. Free socks too!

We've added it to our staff agreement that they must have it on their account and it is set up when they login for the first time. Obviously if you have support from senior management it makes life 10x easier!
