Hi all, I'm tearing my hair out with Python and wondered if any of you could help. I have rolled out a new install of 3.13 and it seems to install fine, but I want to know how to uninstall previous installs as part of the process of a new install of Python. Also, how do you add libraries etc. It just seems a complete headache!

Hi there, We have a suite Samsung tablets that we now have working quite well in Kiosk mode, but I have been asked to enable/allow the use of quick share. I can get access to Bluetooth settings via the MHS setting cog and can see devices to connect too, but when I try sharing to via the Photos app, nothing happens when I select Bluetooth to share to. Does anyone else use this kind of setup or have any advice on how to quickly share a pile pf photos to a specific device? Thanks

Hi there, I have enrolled a new Samsung tab into Intune (Corporate owned dedicated devices) but I cannot get the config applying. I have checked the group member ship etc but it's just not being applied. Anyone got any idea on where to start with this? Apps install without issue.

Hi there, I’ve had a Towbar fitted to my Nissan Juke so that I can tow our little caravan about locally. The issue is that when the caravan is plugged into the socket on the car, the lights on the caravan don’t work on it. Ie when the indicators etc are going on the car they’re not going on the caravan. I have had 3 people with towbar a plug the caravan in and they work absolutely fine. The garage response is that the Towbar electrics work fine when plugged into the MOT tester. Anyone got any experiences with sort of thing? Thanks

Hi there, we have this issue where when updates are available for the MS Office apps, opening MS Office apps closes any other open Office apps. Despite numerous messages and email etc informing staff that when this behavior happens they must do: FILE / ACCOUNT / UPDATE OPTIONS / UPDATE NOW to remedy the issue, they just completely forget. We did have Office Apps set to auto update but then they moaned about Office shutting down at inconvenient times. Is there a way for a notification to appear to say that there are updates pending for the Office apps? Many thanks

Following the linked article, we weren't seeing the multiple versions of the app at all. We are running Delprof once a day on a suite of machines and for the last few days we haven't had the issue at all. Will keep an eye on it after half term.

Quick question, what methods are used now for MIS migrations? A while back I done a migration from WCBS PASS to iSAMS and that was all done with data being dumped into .csv templates iSAMS provived. Thanks

Hi All, We use SENSO Cloud but have an issue when broadcasting in that the AUTO LOCK kicks after a period of in activity which occurs if the teacher is working around the school. On laptops we get around this by putting in into presentation mode, but does anyone know of a simple solution for doing this on Win10/11? Thanks, Cameron

Still having the issues here. Have downloaded the address book and the only thing that fixed was being able to edit the calendars for the other mailbox, but still cannot send mail. This is infuriating!

Good morning, We are having strange issues with the Outlook client for users that have access to more than 1 mailbox. For example, the PA to the Head has access to her own account, a shared mailbox specifically for PA emails and also access to the Heads email account. The accounts are listed on the LHS of the Outlook client and all the emails can be seen etc When attempting to send an email from Outlook as either the shared PA account or the Heads account, she gets the 'You do not have permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user'. If she uses OWA (where we have added these accounts under FOLDERS, all works fine. Anyone got any ideas as to what's going on here as I've not come across this issue before. We're using Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2302 Build 16.0.16130.20806) 64-bit Thanks in anticipation!

Hi there, we have a NaviTEK NT unit which on on the whole worked brilliantly. However, when we use it on a socket that goes back to a Ubiquiti switch, it doesn't give us any VLAN information which is key. It works perfectly when going back to HP and Aruba switches. Do any of you know if there's another device that will do this? Thanks

Hi there, As part of our Office install, my predecessor had set FORCEAPPSSHUTDOWN to TRUE. To cover future installs I have set this to FALSE as we don't want Office Apps randomly closing whilst people are working etc. My question is, to avoid re-installing Office evertywhere, is there a simple way to implement this change to devices that already have it installed? Or will Office just pickup this change in the config file? Thanks

Hi there, We have an Aruba Core with various VLANs configured which work well across the site, with the exception of VLAN1 on the Ubi's. VLAN1 1 is used for SALTO door system and is set to untagged on the core to all live ports, but when we look at the Ubi's, we can see SALTO devices connected and the IP addresses, but these devices cannot seem to communicate with each other. We have some area where the edge switches are HP right down the chain and VLAN 1 is working absolutely fine. Any pointers as to what could be going on with VLAN 1 on the Unbiquiti's would be gretaly appreciated. Thanks
