  1. Had a similar problem a few years ago with Smartboards, If you drew a straight line it resulted in an ECG type spikes all along it. Found that if the metal fixing brackets that were screwed into the wall were isolated from the wall & screw using plastic washers then the spiking stopped. Might help for the Prometheans?
  2. Thanks Hawkeyez. This worked for me too.
  3. Awhile ago I took a brief look at the Serif starter version of MoviePlus. It looks good and runs well, but cant really remember if it had more features than moviemaker though. Might be worth taking a look at. As its free it doesnt support all video codecs. Think its £5 per pc for the codec pack. Serif MoviePlus Starter Edition (Free)
  4. We have approx 90 Dell SX280's with 2GB comfortably running CS4.
  5. A teacher asked for this and as an easy and quick option I packaged Air and Triptico together using Cameyo Since someone recommended Cameyo on EduGeek I cant stop using it.
  6. I just tried out Cameyo on something similar that I was doing. Its flipping brilliant! Thanks jamesreedersmith!
  7. I bigup Xara. Its a fast app even on lower spec pc's.
  8. Looks interesting. Shame I didnt see it before wednesdays closing date.
  9. The IWB pen that "someones stolen"
  10. Didnt know about VLMC. If it gets as good as the player I cant wait!!
  11. Yep, I too would draw a straight line then rotate with Free Tranform as well. If you have the Info panel (F8) open it will display the angle as you rotate.
  12. Went the same way as you with the the Canon's but had the problem of the poor sound quality and now looking at getting more Flip cameras as they are better. We dont use the software that comes with the Flips just use them like external device and copy the files acreoss when needed.
  13. I wouldnt let someone on that salary touch my servers. Pay Peanuts - Get Monkeys!
  14. Ive had this problem with 2 or 3 kids this over the year, but no solution. The files which they say has lost all its data is completley empty, not cuorrupted, all I can think of is that they have saved a blank file over their old file or they've some how cleared all their work. I cant replicate the problem and as it only seems to affect a few kids I recover their file from the previous nights backup.
  15. We standardised all our printers with HP Laserjet 1320n's but HP decided to stop the model and bring out a new one with a different toner cartridge. Yippee!!
