  1. I like it. Thanks for your fast reply! I'll start speaking to their line managers!
  2. Hi All, Just wondered if anyone has come across this... When a user leaves a PowerPoint open in 'full screen' mode on their machine, it appears that this renders the lockout policy set via GPO inactive. I understand that this is likely to be to prevent users from locking out during an actual presentation, but we all know what people are like for leaving their machines open when away from their desk! Done a little research, but nothing seems forthcoming on this, sadly. Has anyone found a way around this, or even come across it before? Thanks in advance!
  3. Hi, Many thanks for the responses. We have specified an OU like 'OU=x' which Adobe have specified on their guide. However, despite doing this, it still directs them to the default group. Wondering if it needs the entire path to the OU or something else? Thanks!
  4. Hi all, We have recently setup an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription - it has been deployed, but now we are wondering if it is possible to direct different devices e.g. students and staff into different groups? (shown in attached image) Currently, all devices that we have deployed to have landed in the 'default' group. Any guidance on this would be greatly welcomed and appreciated. Thanks!
  5. Hi All, Just wondering if anyone here has obtained the Professional Chrome OS Administrator certification. Looking for advice on what would be good to look at in order to provide myself with a bit more information on what to expect really. I see that Google provide very limited guidance on what to expect from this exam, I am using a working assumption that it will generally be related to the Workspace Admin portal, administering Chromebook devices, creating OUs within the interface etc. Any advice / guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
  6. I'd recommend logging in as a local admin on the machine, running the scripts in cmd and then it should work - providing that the script doesn't need to be run every time!
