  1. Used to use Mosyle, which as said above, did the job but interface is slow and can be slow to send commands. Support was super quick though if I did have any issues. Recently started using Jamf at the place I’m at now and I wouldn’t look back. So much quicker, interface works a whole lot better. Commands and profiles send out pretty much immediately. The big one for me was being able to go onto a device and just install an app to it from there, with Mosyle you’d have to create a whole new profile just to install for one device. Very handy when you’ve got a queue of pupils outside your room all having issues with iPads!
  2. Sounds like you've shaken the iPad by mistake and this messages appears - you can press cancel and it should be fine. If any recordings are deleted, they will appear in the deleted recordings folder and are kept there for 30 days! Hope this helps
  3. Edge has really began to grow on me recently. The layout and just the general speed to it all is decent. The only downside I can put to it is logging onto a fresh PC and having to press 'Dont Allow' 28 million times just to see a single webpage (and yes, the GPOs are setup for staff to bypass this, just not admin accs). I wonder how much of a share Edge will have in the browser market in a years time. Just wondering how Adobe is going to paywall that on Edge...
  4. We had one of our push certificates expire accidentally, only solution was to go around and wipe them all I'm afraid! All the expiry dates for certificates are now in the calendar - definitely a lesson learnt! We used it as a good time to get all devices in, give them a refresh of apps/settings and grade them accordingly.
  5. Double/triple chocolate for suuuurreeeee
  6. I've been using Microsoft Todo and that seems to do the job for me. Can easily create lists & setup reminders for yourself - even links in with Outlook to mark emails.
