    Hi, Does anyone have any contacts at Iris Financials that are beyond account manager? I'm trying to get a user whos left our establishment removed from the budget planner software and get their replacement logged in. I messaged our account manager explaining who told us to email what I assume is a mailing list address? No reply thus far and feels like we've hit a brick wall

    I'm still avoiding filling in the onboarding document My current thinking is: I should inconvenience the 5-10 users that need remote access on probably less than 10days of the year rather than 100% of all users at any random point on any random day... I did once have a RDS setup but found it painfully slow - maybe there just wasn't enough resources allocated but its something I could re-visit, my other thought is setting up a VPN server on site and allow the staff that need it to tunnel into the network

    Has anyone had any success with SIMS connected? - We have it sat in our ESS portal awaiting for it to be agreed (although they say someone requested for it to be added no one remembers making that request) The demo school they sent out for me to test seems to be quite responsive and a bit faster than my on-prem, although this thread is making me rethink making that final agreement

    Thanks for the info - I shall work on making myself whole again Although I don't think my previous account had that much rep to it either but if it helps keep things tidy then it's worth doing

    Hi All, An Ash here. After numerous attempts of trying to remember my old account password I gave up and made a new one (and username). Pretty sure email is registered to my old place of workings so I can't do an emailed password reset (and I left there 8 years ago now) Been loitering under the new user for a while with no real need to post comments or look at 2post minimum locked threads till today Anyway hi again
