No worries Jaan So regardless of the Student's Enrolment Status on Bromcom, the Parents can still top up their Dinner Money as long you make an MCAS Account for them. The only other way would be for you/the School to manually make the payments & update balances by making Dinner Payments if they pay cash or bank transfer. Hi there I will double check this tomorrow for you but I believe the more common method with Bromcom Schools is to setup a 3rd Party Account for Parent Pay & then allow the systems to speak to each other essentially. I am not familiar with MISSync Tool personally but I will ask my colleagues to see what they advise. I also believe that until the Students are On Roll & that date is reached, they will not Sync with Parent Pay if the 3rd party route is taken. I will provide confirmation on this tomorrow.
