Check the firmware for the board is up to date - we have some of the old 78" 300 series and one of the firmware versions (8.0.4 I think - I can't remember off the top of my head) is glitchy with the pens recently. Updated it to the most recent version and it resolved all pen issues we've had.

If it's iPads, can you re-enrol them on Meraki? Does that work? Had this issue with a few of the older iPads but re-enrolling them worked. Don't forget to go into general > device management and remove the Meraki profile, otherwise the new profile will refuse to install. Also, in privacy > location > set to "always"

As an ex-Blizzard employee thought I would weigh-in, each pupil would need their own battle.net account and Overwatch purchased and tied to the account. As someone has already pointed out, accounts cannot be shared between pupils. We've got a mix of Lenovo E14's and E495's for ours - they've been great so far. Especially the E14's with the metal casing - prevented any flinging down stairs - so far...
